Elle est belle avec les fleurs sur la tête
Ginnie Hart: I thought so, too, Martine. smile
haha, i like your choice for this Monday. she looks like she is not yet ready for winter. a nice touch with the crown of flowers and leaves.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Ayush. I think she's quite ready to get over all the hubbub and just graze in solitude for awhile.

Looks like a good night's sleep was interrupted. Great expression captured here!
Ginnie Hart: HA! A good summer's graze atop the mountain was interrupted, Steven, I'm afraid!
Awe - isn't she beautiful! I love your portrait of her!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Elizabeth.

Lazy moo? or grumpy moo?

I am thinking that she did not like the garlands placed on her head ;-)
Ginnie Hart: That and the fact that she hates leaving the top of the mountain for the winter's cold below?!

Oh dear, she's thinking - what on earth is going on today??
Ginnie Hart: And why is everyone staring at me like that. All the commotion!!!

I think it rather suits her Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: That, too, Chad. smile
She's a real star with her wreath of flowers
Ginnie Hart: I think she was getting weary of the stardom, Marie. smile

She has that look on her face that she is already missing the nice and quiet up in the mountains and the view too...
We were lucky to see the last of that event, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Her expression says it all, Astrid, doesn't it. That sadness in her face. (sigh) But yes, we were very lucky to see what we saw that day!

Oh, a wonderful image - we know in German the word 'Festochse'/an ox or human being decorated for the feast.
Ginnie Hart: It definitely was a festive feel to the day, Philine...the first I've ever see like this with my own eyes.
Oh, wat lief
Deze rust nog even voordat zij van de berg moet of was zij al beneden en rust zij van de tocht !!
Ginnie Hart: She was down the mountain, finally, Marjolein, and probably wanted everyone to just leave her alone! HA!
Mais qu'elle est jolie avec sa couronne de fleurs.
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Yes, she is, Pascale. Just tired, I think, by all the excitement!

Remembering the Flower Power era...
Ginnie Hart: Power to the people!
Cutest thing I have ever seen! This is wonderful to me.
Ginnie Hart: I agree, Mary! smile
Oh how I love this one. It makes me smile all over! The flowers are delightful. Friendship

viewed with a smile..

have a nice day
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, Willy. It's hard not to smile at this beauty. smile
She looks not too sure Ginnie, what a pleasant face.
Ginnie Hart: I think she's had a long day, Frank, and just wants to be left alone. Can't say I blame her. smile
Daisy Daisy gimmie your answer do!
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Love it, Martin. smile
How did they actually lure the cattle down the mountain?

Was it like the Pied Piper?
I wonder which song was chosen in Au. Edelweiss? Did you bring along your harmonica? I would rather be in awe.
Ginnie Hart: I believe the owners of the cows were the ones who brought their cows down the mountain, LC. The cows know their owners! But I can just imagine what it must have looked like, mostly during the night, I believe, along the mountain road. But yes, I HOPE someone sang Edelweiss while it happened. smile
i think that she's adorable Ginnie....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: In her own cow way, Peter, YES. smile

That is so sweet. You captured her personality - at least this seems to be her personality. I don't suppose you asked her?
Ginnie Hart: No, Beth, I did not ask her permission but she seemed to enjoy the sympathy. It must have been a long, tiring day for her and she just wanted the hubbub to be over.
Rho qu'elle est belle ainsi parée !!
Ginnie Hart: So fun, Claudine, isn't she.
