A beautiful standout well-framed against the gorgeous blue sky!!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Steven. We were so lucky to have some sun that day, when it was forecast to be rainy!

"Build it and they will come!"
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Ray!
this looks very good, Ginnie, outstanding indeed in this vast open flat field.,
Ginnie Hart: It was forecast to be a rainy day, Ayush, so to have the sun for this image was a gift! Thanks.
A picture postcard Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: I suppose so, Frank, and if so, I bet there are a gazillion of them out there! We knew we wanted to see it the minute we saw it on the internet during our research of the area.
Quelle jolie photo ! J'aime beaucoup la forme du clocher qui se dessine sur ce beau ciel.
Ginnie Hart: Meerci, Martine. I'm a huge fan of the onion spire!
A perfect photo, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Elizabeth.

What a lovely image this is Ginnie. The building stands out so well
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Chris. From here in this valley you can see both the Neuschwanstein and Holenschwangau castles, which makes this church even more special.

This is a wonderful point of view of that church, Ginnie. We were so lucky with that morning sun.
Ginnie Hart: So lucky, indeed, Astrid, since rain was forecast. Bedankt.
I know this beautiful church and I like churchs of Bavaria or Germany. Nicely composed Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: So you also know, Marie, that you can see both castles from this spot! Merci.

This is a typical Bavarian church with the "Zwiebelturm"/onion tower! Did you visit it inside?
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, Philine. Sadly, it wasn't open while we were there.

Oh wonderful! I love the tower and the onion dome.
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Alan. We saw loads of them while in both Germany and Austria.
Que c'est beau !!, j'aime beaucoup cette architecture et son écrin
Ginnie Hart: When we first saw it on the internet when we were researching about the castles nearby, Claudine, we knew immediately that we wanted to visit it.

What a beautiful church Ginnie, so immaculate looking in a superb setting.
Ginnie Hart: It's almost as fairy-taleish as the nearby castle, Chad!
Beautiful colours!! When i shot film, i would always shoot in black and white, because i couldn't get the sky this blue smile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elaine. Rain was forecast that day so it was "just like God" to have seen it like this.

een heerlijke foto van deze prachtige kerk, die in het open veld lijkt te staan Ginnie

de toren doet mij direct aan Beieren denken

have a nice day
Ginnie Hart: This is definitely in Bavaria, Willy, in the valley below the Neuschwanstein Castle. Bedankt.
A terrific image of this beautiful church Ginnie. Were you able to go inside, we saw quite a few like this when we had an Austrian holiday but didn't go inside.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Brian, but sadly, the church wasn't open when we were there.
Wat ligt dit kerkje er mooi bij zo los in het veld !!
Ginnie Hart: Isn't it wonderful, Marjolein! When we saw it on the internet, we knew we would need to find it and see it for ourselves. So glad we did. Bedankt.
There is something majestic in this well captured photo. Great job.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Mary.

Perfect title. Such a nice capture of this little island in the vast area.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Bonnie. It stands there so proudly!
The white building really pops against that blue sky! Friendship
Ginnie Hart: Yes, it does, Ruthie. Thank you.

so beautifully photographed
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Sherri.
it is in beautiful shape for a 17th century church Ginnie... the mountains add to this image....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: My guess is that it has had a lot of tender loving care over the years, Peter, because of how many tourists visit the castles in the mountains behind!
It is certainly outstanding Ginnie, as is your photo of it! smile
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Martin. smile
It's hard to believe this is not Austria?!

I can see you do the-hills-are-alive-with-the-sound-of-music pose in this photo.

If you ever need a sidekick, let me know, I can yodel.
Ginnie Hart: HAHA, LC. It's definitely the feel of Austria, which is only a few km away!
