really nice candid shot
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Sherri.
A relaxing shot Ginnie...
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frank.
Le port a l'air d'être grand. Toujours le téléphone...
Ginnie Hart: This is when someone needs to say "Put the damn phone away!"

I don't think he is interested in the boats Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Unless he's trying to set up a trysting date, Chris???

Enjoying his time here, Ginnie. And who knows, he might be asking for a date with his phone....
Ginnie Hart: That's exactly what I just told Chris. HA! Great minds. smile

a nice, peaceful scene!
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Philine. Sometimes that's what we need.
Je crois que je pourrais aussi m'assoir par là  !!
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Claudine.
Checking in on Facebook
Ginnie Hart: Probably, Bill.

I especially like the slight shimmer to the reflections on the water. The chap has seen it all before, though, and seems to have something more important to look at.
Ginnie Hart: Apparently so, Louis. Maybe it's a good break from work before going back into the office?

Il n'y a pas que les jeunes qui soient accroc au smart
JP
Ginnie Hart: You're right, JP.
I can imagine that we spend enough hours looking at a port and boats. At least that's what the man sitting on the bench seems to think.
Ginnie Hart: I suppose so, Marie. He has no clue that for many this is a rare experience!

It must be early in the day, or late perhaps Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: 2:44 p.m. to be exact, Chad. smile
lol he's not exactly enjoying the view! great shot of him tho! the lines are neat in this pic...
Ginnie Hart: I imagine him to be on a break, Elaine, since it's 2:44 in the afternoon. Nice place to take a break from work on a Friday, right?
A les téléphones mobiles, et pourtant, lever les yeux doit être assez sympa par ici.
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Maybe the best of both worlds, Pascale?! Merci.

Maybe that is his boat control and soon it will zip up to him, so that he can just step in.
Ginnie Hart: HA! True that, Louis.

een fraaie rustgevende foto met een knappe compositie Ginnie

op naar een fijn weekend
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Willy.
My Italian sister-in-law and her husband own an apartment in Desenzano, Ginnie. I believe they go there for six months of the year and can't say enough of how lovely that area is.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, wow, Beverly. Of all the places in the world, they've picked a beautiful one!
Why on earth would one sit at Desenzano harbour, with all those lovely buildings surrounding it, and the lovely little church not far down the road, looking at a wretched mobile phone!
Ginnie Hart: I know, Brian. I was wondering if he was on an afternoon break from work?
I would be looking at the boats, not a phone.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Mary.
What other options do we have here?
We can't expect him to send out his text with a messenger pigeon, can we? wink
Ginnie Hart: No messenger pigeon, LC, but I woinder if any of the boats are options??? smile
With that hair, he could be me smile
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Tom. I often think of you when I see such a gent with white hair! smile
ALways the cell phones. Even when surrounded by so much of interest all around. Friendship
Ginnie Hart: And I suppose there's a reason for every one of them, Ruthie, right?
Nice catch, Ginnie! What a lovely spot to sit for a while - but I'd be looking out, not down!
Ginnie Hart: It's a reminder to all of us, Elizabeth, to just put the dang thing down! I guess this is when Astrid and I are lucky that we don't have smart phones...and that our iPads are dependent on WiFi hotspots.
