With two "clocks," how can you miss?
(even if they didn't have Daylight Savings Time back then)
This is the tower of the Martini church in Groningen, Holland.
The third tower, to be exact: the first tower (12th century) collapsed; the second tower was hit by lightning.
This present tower was started in 1469 and renovated in 1627 and is now 97 metres tall.
