Ce sont de magnifiques statues. Merci de nous montrer toutes ces merveilles.

I love this view, Ginnie, and I can imagine you skipping across the rooftops like Mary Poppins.
Ginnie Hart: HA HA. Skipping across the rooftops like Mary Poppins is exactly something I'd love to do, Ray. smile
i like this dramatic image, Ginnie. it is hard to make out where one building ends and another begins.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ayush. It is totally coincidental that this was queued up for today after the mass shootings in America over the weekend. My heart is very heavy today....
Very impressive Ginnie, it looks like a composite.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Frank. Even though it wasn't planned this way, it feels appropriate after the mass shooting this past weekend. sad

Dramatic use of contrasts with the bright sunlight! I love all of the intersecting planes.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Steven.
What a view, Ginnie! And your processing suits the subject very well!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. As I told Ayush, it is totally coincidental that this was queued up for today after the mass shootings in America over the weekend. My heart is very heavy today....

I love the processing here, Ginnie. Great light and a great view and I love the rooftops.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Astrid. It has much more meaning for me today after the weekend's mass shootings in America. sad

How strange it would seem to have one's house overlooked by statuary like this Ginnie..
Ginnie Hart: I guess so, Chris, except that in this case at least their backs are to you?! smile
I like these intense colours that announce the beginning or end of a storm. Lovely light too. Beautiful Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Marie. Right now it's reminding me of the Storms surrounding gun violence in America after 2 more mass shootings over the weekend. It makes my heart sick.

Fabulous rooftop scene Ginnie. I wondered if this was from your bedroom window?
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Chad, but no, it wasn't. I think it was from a bridge?!

I like the stark lighting in this. It;'s unusual to see a a sculpture of a dog.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Alan. I, too, was surprised to see the dog!
this reminds me of 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' with all the statues in the front yard lol 'yes... we are greek!!'
nice picture!
Ginnie Hart: HAHA, Elaine. That's another good movie to see again. Too bad it's not in my library.
Looks like someone has tried to recreate Mount Olympus on their roof Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I guess so, Bill. smile
Belle lumière et contraste sur ces toitures joliment ornées de sculptures.
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Pascale. It was fun to see.

Blue and Gold always adds to a composition..the balance of color and structures here is great. So many leading lines...great set up.
Ginnie Hart: Now you've got me thinking about MICHIGAN, my alma mater, Bonnie, whose colors are blue and gold (maize and blue). HA! And thanks. smile
Your processing has bought out a very strong image Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.

The old Roman tradition of howling at the moon, with the start of a new month. Your picture has the appearance of being shot on a moonlit night.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, I like that, Louis...howling at the moon. smile And thanks.
Incredible viewpoint fo the roofs. I like the mysterious mood. Friendship
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ruthie. I love the feeling of looking over the rooftops!
I imagine they've seen many sunsets!
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure of it, Tom.
Judgement Day, look at the dark clouds. Ominous!
Ginnie Hart: My kind of cozy day, LC! smile
MAGNFIQUE !!!
Merci Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Claudine!

Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Peter. Some images for me are just begging for this kind of manipulation. HA!
