Looks like they found a nice pit stop to rest, relax and take in the views. A colorful bandana in the center.
Ginnie Hart: It was a perfect place for a rest, Steven. Thank.
they are the serious cyclists, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, they are, Ayush.

Waiting for their lartays to be delivered...
Ginnie Hart: Not sure what lartays are, Ray, but I'll take your word for it. smile

Terrific! Wonderful 3D effect with that strong foreground.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Bonnie.
Sans doute un repos bien mérité.
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure of it, Martine. Merci.
Excellente photo et légende.
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Pascale!
What a great shot of these guys taking a breather! I like how you've kind of isolated them without making them look alone... if you know what I mean...
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Elizabeth. I know what you mean. smile Thank you.

Fabulous scene and processed, Ginnie and I love it for them after a nice bikeride they can just sit down and watch people....
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Astrid. It was definitely a people-watching place!

You're right Ginnie, they are having to rethink their strategy now..
Ginnie Hart: Hmmm. I wonder how Alan is readjusting himself these days after no TdeF. HA!

Well, starting on 24 August there is the Vuelta a España and then in September there is the Tour of Britain. In the meantime, I'm cycling down to Lepe Country Park this morning smile I wonder if the cyclists here have spotted some young ladies?

(I would think that Ray meant lattes).
Ginnie Hart: Always keeping your eyes on the mark, Alan! I'd expect nothing less from you. smile (Astrid told me that lartays actually are food: https://www.google.com/search?q=lartays&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi8zqji3OPjAhWCaVAKHQloAXcQ_AUIESgB&biw=1536&bih=722)

They all look a bit tired Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: And probably rightly so, Chad!
The heroes are tired and you had the eye to make a nice picture of it.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Marie. Merci.
The tour de pubs?
Ginnie Hart: HA! I could subscribe to that, Bill.

Il faut bien faire une pause
Ginnie Hart: Yes, JP. Everybody has to do it, no matter what!
ohmuhgosh!! what will we do?? obviously there is a hole in the year for a new sport to fill lol
not with those guys tho... they look tired smile hehe nice shot!
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure all the fans will figure out what to do next. For instance, pro football just started up in the USA and will be going strong till February! smile
Aren't they supposed to be riding those things?
Ginnie Hart: HA! No rest for the weary, Tom, right?!
I really like this shot and your presentation. For some reason I didn't watch the Tour this year.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Brian. Astrid and I enjoy watching parts of it, mainly for the scenery shots they show throughout!

Yeah well, let's start a tour of Italy. Far better than spending time in an office.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Do they do race-bike tours in SA, Louis? That would be worth watching, as long as they show off the scenery as they do in the TdeF.
It appears they could go no further, Ginnie, and plunked down there to recuperate. As usual, your presentation is top notch.
Ginnie Hart: I suppose so, Beverly. It was the perfect place to rest. Thank you kindly.
A well deserved moment of rest! Friendship
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Ruthie. Thank you.

the tour of Italy.... ?

but they look so tired Ginnie

well done
Ginnie Hart: I think you and I would be tired, too, Willy, right??? smile Bedankt.
La Vuelta Espana next....Nice shot Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Alan says the same, so you must be right, Frank! smile Thanks.
they likely needed the rest on a hot afternoon Ginnie....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: That day was April 6, Peter, and was just gorgeous! I'm sure they were in heaven.
Of course, Tour de Langkawi.
In case, you still haven't heard about it.

I am sure there's something similar in the States.

You copy me. I copy you. No style, no substance. Boring. wink

Let's make it more challenging. Make the riders carry their own bikes and do the race. Ha! But hang on, we have something similar here already, ie, wife-carrying race.

So I suggest, perhaps, we should change this to granny-carrying. Ask grandson N to sign up!
Ginnie Hart: G'son Nicholas would get a kick out of that, LC. I bet you could arrange it! smile
On pense au prochain tour de France ...sourires !
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Claudine. It'll be here again before we know it! smile
