looks like a model setup, Ginnie! it looks like a very picturesque part of Italy.
Ginnie Hart: It was probably the only "junky" looking place I saw on the entire Amalfi Coast, Ayush.

the processing really lends itself to this scene

nicely done
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Sherri. Thank you.
A super shot Ginnie. What a lovely place the Amalfi coast is.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Frank. As I told Ayush, it was probably the only "junky" looking place I saw on the entire Amalfi Coast.
You made a great image of this!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Elizabeth.

A beautiful aerial view with textures that fill the frame!!
Ginnie Hart: We were really up high (458 mm zoom on the camera) when I took this, Steven, so I was happy I could still see so much detail. Thank you.
Cela fait un peu fouillis, joli traitement.
Ginnie Hart: As I have told others, Martine, it was probably the only "junky" looking place I saw on the entire Amalfi Coast.

This turned out fabulous, Ginnie. This was deep down. Whoever lives down there has a lot of privacy and strong muscles to walk up the cliff.....
Ginnie Hart: I have a feeling they never think about anyone taking photos of their place, Astrid! HA! Thank you.

This almost looks like a model rather than the real thing Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: You and Ayush are on the same page about the model set-up, Chris. I was just glad I could capture it from so high up.
A beautiful place for fishermen
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure you're right, Marie!
Très belle prise de vue !
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Claudine. I was so glad it came out from way up on high!

The poor fishermen - but also a charming, private place ...
Ginnie Hart: I have a feeling they don't expect many photographers will see it, Philine. smile Bedankt.
Oh, wat een prachtig sfeerplaatje.
Echt een plek om bij weg te dromen.
Fijn weekend
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, Marjolein. It's like they're in their own private paradise, doing what they love.
Cracking picture Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Bill. Thanks.

What a lovely little spot by the sea Ginnie, it looks so peaceful.
Ginnie Hart: I thought so, too, Chad. I have a feeling they think no one above can see them!
i've always wanted a house built into a hill... not quite like i imagined is it? lol i was thinking more of 'hobbits' smile
Ginnie Hart: Definitely not a Hobbit house, Elaine. smile

What a lovely little place. No space is wasted.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Alan. I wonder how they get up and down the huge cliff?

Très jolie photo et très bel endroit, j'aime beaucoup.
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Pascale!

aan boten geen gebrek Ginnie

een merkwaardige en veelzeggende foto, waarop heel wat te zien is

ik zou hier ook niet direct aan de Amalfi kust gedacht hebben...

have a nice day
Ginnie Hart: This is indeed NOT the typical photo I have of the Amalfi Coast, Willy, but it may be one of the only ones with boats, strangely enough! Bedankt.
OMG, this scene reminded me so much of Clovelly in Devon!

Have you been there before?
Ginnie Hart: No, LC, but I can imagine the similarity.
What a great scene you've presented here!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Mary.
This is a fien picture Ginnie, so much more interesting than a big modern marina or boatyard.
Ginnie Hart: Not exactly what you expect to see on the Amalfi Coast, Brian! Thanks.
A rugged coastline - I like the viewpoint
Ginnie Hart: Very rugged, indeed, Ruthie. Thank you.
Looking back, down, up and sideways... all essential for the photographer smile
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Tom!
it is a rough looking harbour Ginnie... i can see why they have to carry the boats behind the water break....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: One really wonders what life is like there, Peter!

Six boats on a quick count. That has me thinking that it is part public. But then looking at things like the shaded garden, it should be private. But where the heck do they live in this ramshackle set-up? I am sure they are not on the AirBnB list smile
Ginnie Hart: This entire place is a puzzle to me, Louis, because of the many pics I took of the place, there's no way I can figure out how they come in and out, other than by the sea.
