Bronze sculpture of the dying Benedict (1952)- yes, he is seeing the heaven - a kind of resurrection indeed!
Ginnie Hart: It seemed perfect for the occasion, Philine!
It is a wonderful statue Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: It really grabs your attention when you see it, Bill. Thanks.

A very dramatic sculpture Ginnie, it is going to be great seeing your pictures of Italy.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Chad. Thank you.
what are those dudes doing? interesting statue!
glad you are having a good Easter!
Ginnie Hart: Apparently this is the dying Benedict and the others are already mourning him? But of course I thought of the resurrection!

A very striking statue, especially if it is the dying Benedict. Your interpretation fits his raised hands.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Louis. I immediately saw a Hallelujah!

prachtige sculpturen Ginnie

hopelijk hadden jullie een goede reis

niet te vermoeiend vroeg ik me af ?

groeten
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, Willy. It actually was a tiring trip but when we kept telling ourselves it wasn't a vacation but a TOUR, it seemed to help. HA! It was 19 days of going from one thing to another without much "me" time in between. But we're so glad we did it.
