Chris called 112 and 999 and 911..... to be rescued from the Dutch invasion.... nobody answered the phone though...
smile There fit a lot of CS-ers in one phonebooth...
We were like kids again...
Brilliand picture.
Ginnie Hart: Chris is quite the ham, to say nothing of Chad. You get the two of them going and God knows what they might do! grin Of course, you just edded them on. HA! Bedankt, MLMA.
Oh I love it!!! How much fun you had!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Elizabeth. We had a blast!
Hello Ginnie, funny situation, ls are locked into the cabin? Kiss, and good weekend...
Ginnie Hart: Locked and no one can get out. HA! Wouldn't that be fun! Merci.

Haha, English humour -and Chris is just calling Astrid by using his iphone, it could become a bit close together and uncomfortable for further amusements -unless Ginnie would be so kind to open the door!
Ginnie Hart: It was so fun to be around these guys, Philine. Astrid egged them on, too. HA! We have such great memories of our time together! Bedankt.

Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Jacquelyn. Kids will always be kids! smile
A great picture Ginnie. I love those English phone boxes.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frances. Those phones boxes will hopefully remain forever, even if never used for their original intention!

PS. Heard of an earthquake in NL - Are you ok?!
Ginnie Hart: Grazie, Sil. Actually, someone else just mentioned about the earthquake which I knew nothing about. I guess I need to turn on the news!!! But, yes, we're just fine. Thanks for asking.

I listen to the news but heard no mention of an earthquake. On inspecting my property I noticed that one of my pictures had shifted slightly so I shall be submitting an insurance claim.
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHAHAHAHA! You could make it happen, Chad!
Two of the daftest buggers I know. (Not you or Astrid i hasten to add)
Ginnie Hart: Thanks for the clarification, Bill. grin This was so fun.

The funny bit is Chris using his mobile in a public phone booth - I think we only keep them as tourist attractions these days!
Ginnie Hart: Chris sure was doing his part, Mike. The whole thing was classic...especially for such a British icon! Thanks.
Is this a new competition to see how many SC'ers that can get into a phone box at any one time, so far I suspect you hold the record Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: And to think I only got in afterwards with just Astrid, so that Chad could catch us sneaking a kiss. grin It was a fun day, Les, the day after Dudley.
Silly bloggers :^) You are having too much fun! Love the bright red against the black and white background. Very clever!
Ginnie Hart: Silly bloggers, indeed, Doug. We all had so much fun that day! Thanks.
It looks a tad cramped... you should have tried a Police Box, I hear they are bigger on the inside than the outside tongue
Ginnie Hart: HA! I don't know anything about Police Boxes, JP, but I'll take your word for it. smile Thanks.

Ginnie Hart: Thank heavens, indeed, Beverly!
The Shutterchance secret agents caught in action at a dead letter box, or in this case phone box smile
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, John. I can see a new TV series coming up. smile
Greetings from Malaysia!
Ha! You guys should visit Gurnsey. They paint theirs blue!!!
Ginnie Hart: Blue? Something doesn't seem right about that, LC!!! But thanks for the heads up. smile
What a day, so full of memories
great capture of these intrepid Shutterchancers.
Ginnie Hart: And this was the day after, Martin. grin It was so great meeting you and Elaine. I'll never forget it. Thanks for coming...and commenting.
That is funny.

This really made me smile, it looks like you are all having so much fun smile

The phone box itself looks like it is in need of a little TLC.
Ginnie Hart: And this was the day after I met you in Dudley, Cherry! The smiles are still there even today, remembering. smile Thank you again for making the trip to meet up with us all. That's what my post is about on Monday....
We've been out to another stately home today and just got back, pictures to follow sometime, and I find this totally hilarious colour pop of these three doing the phonebox thing. Maureen s comment, and mine, daft lot! smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! Nothing like your Britishers, Brian. We've had so much fun with y'all! smile Thanks.
Mmm - I suspect that is Chris and Chad humour, rather than British!
Ginnie Hart: HA! You may be partly right about that, Tom. smile

You were lucky to find a phone box, Ginnie. they're very rare these days.
Ginnie Hart: We saw several of them while out-n-about, Penny, during our 6 days. I wanted to stop and capture every one (but didn't ask Chris to stop the car each time!). They are so photogenic!
Awesome! This shot is great. BTW, I LOVE British humor smile

I am still smiling too smile

Some of our conversations about the museum and its history have given me an idea for my Wednesday post ;-)

So I might work on that rather than the one I was planning.
Ginnie Hart: How fun, Cherry. I've been working on the Dudley images this week and have been smiling a lot. So much fun! I'll be eager to see what you do for V&V on Wednesday!

...I think you should have tried harder to get MORE in Ginnie.
I'm sure there's a Guinness Book record to beat, i.e. how many oldish photographers in a phone kiosk?

But a nice one and great that you had such a wonderful time.
Ginnie Hart: HA! If I had had a tripod, I would have gotten myself in, too, George. smile How fun. We did have a great time together that day in Bath...the boyhood town of both Chad and Chris, where they grew up and went to school together. in fact, this phone booth was just outside the church where Chris was baptized at age 1.

The poor men! Did they finally go out libres this cabin? Kiss my ginnie, good Sunday...
Ginnie Hart: HA! Oh yes, Pierrot. They all finally came back out. grin
A very British humor! And it is a joy to open your image, one Sunday morning in the rain Ginnie! Very funny!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Mathilde. You always make my day! smile Merci.

was there a contest to see how many can fit?
Ginnie Hart: HA! No, Dennis, no contest. But it would have been fun if we had had a phone booth at our Shutterchance meet-up the day before when there were many more of us present. smile
Before I even read the caption, the first thought in my mind was, "You've found Dr. Who and the Tardis!"

OK, so his was blue - who cares? That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! I love it, Linda. Thank you. smile
Still in the telebox Ginnie.... this is a new twist on conference calls....just put them all in the same place lol....they must be calling Chinagrin....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Conference calls, indeed, Peter. HA! grin
