Shucks, Ginnie...I search in vain for gulls in Bangkok, and you nearly drown in them while taking coffee.

Love this image.
Ginnie Hart: The gulls know where the restaurants are, Ray. smile They head in off the Merwede river nearby. It's fun to watch. Thanks.

So it is Coffee Wednesday again, wow, it only seems yesterday that we had the Koffie met Appeltaart (translation for the ones that did not pick those two words up yet wink ; coffee and apple-pie)
Hope the gulls don't steal it from our plate.
Great light and treatment, wonderful picture.
Ginnie Hart: Midweek koffie break, inderdaad, MLMA. You're catching on. smile Every day is good for something, right?! When it can include koffie met appeltaart, we're lucky. It usually means we're on a photo hunt. Hartstikke bedankt!

The birds make the image for me Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: For me, too, Tony. No way was I gonna clone them out this time. grin Thanks.
Oh this light Ginnie! true happiness is a beautiful celebration of shopping! You'll also bycicle? I remember my stay in Amsterdam! Although I should be back one day! I loved the syle of life! closer to nature than ours!
Ginnie Hart: I have a bike here, Mathilde, but haven't ridden it since last November. I'm sure I'll get it out again as the weather warms up. Everyone else, of course, rides their bike all through the winter months. It is definitely a style of life much closer to nature! Merci.

Ginnie Hart: Snicker, indeed. grin And I'm glad those were NOT rabbit's feet!
I always knew that Americans were hopeless at spelling
Ginnie Hart: Hopeless is a good word, Richard. But as Winnie the Pooh says, "My spelling is Wobbly. It's good spelling but it Wobbles, and the letters get in the wrong places." smile

A 'first sun' type of picture. As always, I like this conversion.

PS. I see no buoys smile
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Louis. The buoys are out on the river where the gulls left them. grin

Oh, I love this photo-scene when the gulls are circling around and about and up and down while crying ... (as I was in A'dam I saw a crowd of birds flying around the Westerkerk- but I was not able to capture them in this beautiful way like you ) -only one point, sorry, sorry, I don't like the toning and the slightly hazy look - but I understand your intention and chacun a son gout!
Ginnie Hart: You know how the sun is somethimes, Philine...hazy. But I'm sure my texture-work only made it worse. Sorry about that. But you at least got the gulls. smile Bedankt.

Does that sign read, 'Cyclists will be shot'?
Ginnie Hart: HAHA! Actually, it's a sign that literally means "except for" bikes. No cars are allowed going forward.

LOL Perfect title. Excellent in action photo, birds in flight, walkers, bicyclist and a 3 wheeled scooter - everyone is on the move.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Rob. As soon as the sun comes out, all the Dutch people want to be outside. It's quite amusing, to be honest. smile Can't say that I blame them.
the birds add to the feel!
Ginnie Hart: I'm glad, Joshi, because the birds are the image for me. grin THANKS!

But I can't see any buoys. wink
Ah... from the buggy tyres?!
Ginnie Hart: The buoys are back on the nearby river where the gulls left them, LC. grin Thanks.
