A Cuppa or Two

How about a mid-week break!

I'm game, if you are.  Enough for all of us.

Wonderful shot with those glorious colours.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Michael. It's the colors I most liked about these cups, plus big and small ones.
And all so colourful!! I want a purple one!! And thank god the week is in half again smile) We are on the good side as from tonight.
Ginnie Hart: I would expect to see something like this in the States or elsewhere, Marion, but not here in Holland, for some reason. The colors quite took me by surprise. smile Bedankt.

Ginnie Hart: Exactly what we wanted, MLMA. You've got it down pat. smile And yes...I hate that this is late-shift week for you. What a trooper!
See you both in Cornwall then on next weeks break, think you can fly from your place to Devon or Cornwall .

Oh, a fine colourful stilleven! "I'm game' -never heard before -a nice phrase! I am now ready for my first cuppa of tea - ontbijt thee- yes, do enjoy your day! The windmill B&B might have been overcrowded or very popular - such a lot of cuppas!
Ginnie Hart: HA! "I'm game" is such an American expression, I guess, Philine. Never thought about that. I would love to share a cup of tea with you today...and tomorrow. It's such a necessary ritual of calmness and serenity during the passage of life. The windmill was not crowded while we were there in the off-season. We almost had it all to ourselves during most of the time...only a few other people. We love hitting such places off-season for that very reason. smile Bedankt.

As long as they hold some of that gorgeous continental coffee which always seems to taste better than that in the U.K.
Ginnie Hart: They'll hold whatever you want, Brian. smile
Enough there for tea break, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner AND supper!
Ginnie Hart: HA! Gotta make sure we cover all the bases, Tom. smile
Nothing like a good cuppa!! Lovely bright and cheerful image Ginnie smile
Ginnie Hart: Nothing indeed, Linda. Thanks a million.
Love the colours Ginnie, the purists say the best tea experience though is to use bone china or porcelain cups.
Ginnie Hart: We'll save these, then, for koffie only, Martin! I'm sure you're right about the tea. smile Thanks.
What a bright and cheerful looking B&B Ginnie. I really wouldn't say no to a cream tea right now
Ginnie Hart: Now that sounds good, Janet...though probably in a china/porcelain cup, according to Martin?!
I'd hate to be the one who washes all of those...smile
Ginnie Hart: Funny thing is, Larry, I love doing dishes. I know, I'm very strange. grin
Nice cheerful crockery, ideal for a good breakfast

More than tea for two, I hope they match the cups and saucers, not that I'm fussy of course smile
Ginnie Hart: It's funny, John, but I don't even remember if they matched the sets. I love the colors together so it wouldn't really matter, would it! I'm not fussy either. smile
