Haha- I try to follow your advice - despite hard winter (every day I have to sweep away snow and ice, you know the duties of parterre-inhabitants) and having caught a cold since some days - oh, is there holiday season? (Our pupils have to go to school till 22 December) -The picture looks well or -better- golden-like oiled! I can take this joke, too (after having been educated by Chris, Bill...), and I would like to pin up this fine-funny saying on my kitchen wall - above the fruit labels (you know!)!
Ginnie Hart: Oh, Philine. You of all people are always 'tightened' and well-oiled, I'm sure. smile I can just picture your fruit labels, yes, so I'm smiling. Doe voorzichtig when you're out on the snow and ice! We need you!!

Ginnie Hart: LOL, Mick. I think most of us are in the same boat. smile
I received similar advice as a young trainee gardener,to keep a clean bottom (this was when shoveling soil )and to keep my tools well oiled.
Both very sound principles.

Ginnie Hart: It does bring a nice smile, Chad, doesn't it! smile

Ginnie Hart: Merci, Pierrot. Something up your alley, I think? grin
