you are so right. My hope is that your soul will settle down coz you have been through so much this year.
Ginnie Hart: My soul has been settling down for a couple weeks now, Kanyi. Being here in Holland has a calming effect on me. Thank you!

A beautiful, affirmative image, Ginnie.
These folks look a little too fat and well fed to be flying very far...life is too good on the polder!
Ginnie Hart: Life is indeed too good on the polder, Ray. We're all a bit fat and sassy these days! smile Thanks.

Ah, there's those cute geese again, Ginnie. smile I love this photo too!

Have a wonderful Easter.
Ginnie Hart: It just dawned on me that the weathervane from yesterday was pointing us to these geese. smile Thanks, Kay. You, too, have a great holiday weekend.

Heaven on earth, only few can capture that like you do, this is a place to get resurrected.
The comment from Ray made me smile, yes indeed life in the polder is good and can make fat, I use that same polder trying 'not to get too fat'.....have a great Easter, geweldige foto met perfecte atmosfeer en de manier zo als jij het laat zien, is gewoon 'Ginnie-style', this picture has your signature all over, this is you....
Ginnie Hart: You are not one of the fat ones, Astrid, but you ARE one of the "sassy" ones (from my response to Ray). smile But I wouldn't want you or the polder any other way! It really IS my heaven here, as you know so well. And thank you for always/altijd being so affirming about what I do with these images!
Beautiful composition Ginnie. I like the tones here.
Have a great Easter!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks a million, Richard, as always.

this calls for a story about a goose, a duck and its family, a childrens book maybe...
Ginnie Hart: That's exactly what I was thinking, Chantal! smile

I thought exactly the same as Ray when I saw these - they don't like they're flying anywhere. They look like birds on a mission! Enjoy the Easter break.
Ingrid
Ginnie Hart: They are definitely on a mission, Ingrid, but I don't know to where. smile You, too, enjoy the Easter break!

Yes, it's what we can feel when we say that wings are growing in our back ... It happens when we feel invincible !!! Thanks for the symbolism I needed to see today ... I feel a little lost those days ... It happens each time Victoria is not there with me ...
Ginnie Hart: Awwww. For you, I am so glad you'll get your wings back when Victoria arrives home! Have a wonderful weekend, Ann, with your precious family.

I'm sure these geese don't never fly away because they are so well off (s. Ray's and Astrid's comments, but if Christmas were coming- I'm not sure...) in this lovely, peaceful, pastoral polderland-Nederland (I would like to say in my German: 'Zauberland'wink, where the world seems to be still in order- thanks to your good words which signalize that Eastern is quite more than four days free of work ... and remind us of the Christian roots of this feast of hope and resurrection!
Ginnie Hart: You are so right, Philine. We need to be reminded of our roots from time to time. Thanks, as always.
They look extremely content not in the slightest bit flighty smile richard
Ginnie Hart: I think the polder has that effect on them, Richard. It sure does on me! smile Thanks.

Wishing you a happy Easter Ginnie. Beautiful capture.
Vintage is happy with the colour he's getting from me this week. Too much is not good for him. Will be getting hyperative if he gets an overdose.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Vintage will get the color piece-meal, I see, whenever or wherever he can get it. Sometimes he'll just have to be patient with me. smile Thanks, Aussie.
They're on the move... Have a nice weekend, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Yes they are, Mary. Watch where you step! smile Thanks.

This is a great landscape and a great picture of it.

Have a great weekend and take it slowly. A bit fat these days? I doubt if that would be you.
Ginnie Hart: HA! You know me well, Louis. You doubt right, but the soul is DEFINITELY 'fat.' You, too, have a great Easter weekend.

As usual you've done a nice sepia.
Ginnie Hart: Fly or stay, exactly. More like waddle around. smile Thanks, CISI!
