photoblog image Burano's Sunset

Burano's Sunset

Once we docked at Burano, I looked back towards Venice some 7 km away and this is what I saw, as the sun was setting!  It took my breath away.
Say Good-Bye to Burano now.  Ciao bello!

[Today I'm in Amsterdam.]

We are given such beauty and wonder. I think the trick is, first being able to "see" it in and secondly, being able to take the time to appreciate it. This image shows that you do, Ginnie, Thanks for sharing it with me.
Ginnie Hart: Seeing and appreciating. You are so right, Kathryn. Thanks for that wee sermonette.

You wish hey?
Ginnie Hart: HA! Yes, I wish, Louis. Actually, I'd just love to take you all with me but have to settle to show you my own impressions. Just think of all the different photos we'd come up with if we were all together at the same time! You're a sweetheart. Thanks.
