Put Your Feet Up

If ever there were a time to put your feet up and rest awhile, this is it!
Just do it!  (I hope you can.)

As seen while on a recent walk in Amsterdam.

                                                                        [Today I'm in Atlanta.]

Ginnie Hart: Glad you like it, Roland. smile
Ah these are the shots that really do it for me Ginnie. Another excellent spot and capture. Mike
Ginnie Hart: Yup. You gotta rest from all those Hitchcock ideas rumbling around in your head, Mike. smile
Great post, at first I did not even notice, But it is true, when you have your camera in your hand you see a lot more then other people without. I think that's one of the things I love about photography!

Like I said, great post! love the concept...

Kind regards,
Lu mik spastiek'
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Lu Mik. I love finding these people hanging out in their windows!

gringrin A moment of relax for the ones that carry all our weight...they deserve to rest next to flowers smile I like the compo, that allows us to see the monochromatic brick wall in contrast with the colours on the window.
Nice "feet candid"
Ginnie Hart: Awww. You're a sweetheart, Lina. Thanks. smile
Thumbs up! Possibly two different scents in the window! lol wink
Ginnie Hart: HA! Indeed, Jose. Those do look like some dirty feet, don't they! smile

I certainly need to Ginnie, I am running on empty at the moment. Very nicely composed and photographed. Kind regards, Neil.
Ginnie Hart: Sometimes we need to hit ourselves on the head to just STOIP and relax, Neil! I know the feeling, even though I'm retired!!!
This is very funny. It looks like he (she?) has a special cushion just for this purpose.
Ginnie Hart: I think it was a 'she,' Martin. And the cushion clearly knew its place. smile
typical dutch - I miss u ginnie! love the shot! been a tough week - need some soul!
Ginnie Hart: HA! I guess you would know better than I, Ade! smile You've been there longer.

I miss you, too. I always look for you. I'll give you all the Soul you need, Honey, if only I could!
This shot makes me think that there is someone outthere who doesn know that her feet are part of a piece of art. Nice shot! like the combination with the flowers. makes me think about the smell of the two..hihi
Ginnie Hart: You're right, Fausto. She has no clue. grin

Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
Love it Ginnie. Feet look like they could do with a wash LOL smile
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Tracy. I almost didn't post this because of her dirty feet but then I decided, what the hey! She'll never know. smile
Lol smile I just find out the definition of stress ! smile
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Zeb. Put up your feet and watch the stress roll away! smile
lol! that's a great find!
Ginnie Hart: As you see, Lizzie, I couldn't resist it. smile
Funny capture. Those feet need a bath.
Ginnie Hart: Yes they do, Red Pen. I almost didn't post it because of her dirty feet but then I figured she'd never know...or care! smile
Just got off work and I'm going to do just that...
Ginnie Hart: YAAAAAAY! smile

And if you think your feet are important you put them on a little red pillow like this person did. Give them the royal treatment.

Fortunately that plant is not a mistletoe tongue

Great shot and I like how you have framed it.
Ginnie Hart: HA! You're right about the plant! I guess dirty feet are better than no feet at all! smile Thanks, Louis.

Awesome capture, Ginnie! I love your window shots, and wish I was the person up in that window resting my feet on a comfy pillow!
Ginnie Hart: Awww. In your mind's eye, perhaps you can be that lady, Kay! Thanks.
