photoblog image The Back Porch

The Back Porch

This is a series of pics from when we were at the family cottage in Michigan over the Fourth of July.

The back porch is one of two entrances to the cottage.  This is where all the toys are stashed!

As there are two entrances, there are two reunions.  The other one is between Christmas and New Year's.   You can always tell which reunion is which by the back porch!

ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND!

 [Today I'm in Amstedam.]

Like the colours here Ginnie...enjoying your series. Hope you have a good weekend too.
Ginnie Hart: It was definitely the color that caught my eye, Bridge! Thanks. You have a great weekend as well!
soooo the Michigan trip really yielded a lot of nice and intimate images, very well done Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Patrick! I don't normally get this up close and personal with my family but since it was one of our trips, it made sense to capture it, like I do everything else. I figured there would be some universal themes. smile

Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
Looks like people routinely have fun out there. It is a lovely picture for what it implies.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Martin. Yup. We even have fun in Michigan. grin

Looks way too neat and tidy to me! Mike
Ginnie Hart: HA! It definitely has its times of looking much more chaotic. But you'll be impressed to know that I didn't rearrange a thing. I took it as I saw it. Thanks, Mike.
Lovely colours.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Aussie. Couldn't convert this one to mono, for sure! smile

Oh colourful and yes it was a nice weekend. Had some children over on a visit.

Those blue 'sandals' - we call them flip-flops and over in the US?
Ginnie Hart: Flip-flops indeed, Louis. You got it down pat! smile

And do you have children shots to show us????
