Jolie scène montagnarde, les vaches n'ont pas de barrière.
Ginnie Hart: I think there's a one-wire electrical fence there, Martine.
very picturesque, Ginnie. i am convinced you also got to smell a little something.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ayush, but neither Astrid nor I remember smelling anything, good or bad. smile
What a pleasant scene Ginnie. You can never have too much cow-bell ! smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! My thought exactly, Frank. smile

This is the sound of Tirol/Austria, Ginnie. We were so lucky to we stooped for something else and we got out of the car and heard the bells... This is a great memory.
Ginnie Hart: I'll never forget this, Astrid! We were so lucky that day.

Those alpine landscapes always intrigue me Ginnie, just look at those clouds. The cow seems well fed..
Ginnie Hart: I would say this image epitomizes the week of our Austrian experience, Chris!

This is such a pleasing picture, Ginnie - everything looks right, even to the fluffy cloud
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Lisl. We had to pinch ourselves that day in particular!
I still love pastoralists and villages that are typical of the Alps or mountain regions. Very nice compo
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Marie. I think this is a good time to say "more Austrian you cannot get." smile

The cow looks old to me Ginnie, but I’m no expert. I like the sound of the bell.
Ginnie Hart: I'm not an expert either, Chad, but I'll take your word for it. smile I LOVE the sound of the bell. smile

More Austrian you cannot get. Love the sound of cow bells and I can just imagine the wonderful mountain air and the glorious scenery.
Ginnie Hart: All of it, yes, Alan. We'll never forget it.

Ginnie Hart: Merci, Pascale. It's such an iconic Austrian view, isn't it!
What a lovely image, it really takes me back to when Maureen and I went to the Tyrol back in the early 70's.and walking in the hills round the village we stayed in which was called Jenbach.
Ginnie Hart: It's just wonderful,Brian, isn't it! Memories never to be forgotten.

Such crisp colors! I need one of those bells ...would remind me while eating to stop sooner.
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! You gave me a nice chuckle, Bonnie. smile
HOw delightful to hear that cow bell. A lovely rural experience. Friendship
Ginnie Hart: It totally made my day, Ruthie. smile
that old cow isn't that pretty Ginnie... but the village in the valley the clouds hanging below the mountain tops make up for it....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure her feelings aren't hurt, Peter, because she loves the backdrop too!
Such a beautiful and natural setting Ginnie! And the sound of the bells is soothing, in a funny way smile
Ginnie Hart: It is a balm to my soul to see and hear this, Martin! smile
A great view to munch or walk in.
Ginnie Hart: HA! I like that, Jacquelyn.
Tyrol is a lovely place!
I was there some years ago.
Did you try the shale oil bath?

Can't tell which cattle breed though. Looks like Jersey cattle but slightly bigger.

You have to visit Jersey island one day.
Ginnie Hart: Leave it to you, LC, to know way more about this place (and cow) than I do. I'm just glad for the memory! smile
wonderful !
