I'll think about it....A nice shot of the town, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: We all have to do it, Frank. smile Thanks.
Jolie vue même avec la pluie.
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Martine. It was rainy the entire day, based on my photos.
What a lovely image - the mist is wonderful!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. I had totally forgotten I had been to Croatia till I looked back on the images.
Beautiful architecture Ginnie and nice framing also
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Marie. We're thinking about maybe going back next year??

Great architecture and nicely situated in between the hills. Too bad the weather was not totally in favour, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks you, Astrid. It was that kind of day but it didn't stop us from seeing what we saw!

Delightful architecture hereabouts Ginnie. You really are well travelled..
Ginnie Hart: To be honest, Chris, I've started a photo book for my kids in which I want to include moat of the places/countries I've ever see. I had almost forgotten about Croatia!

Somewhere I've always wanted to go. It looks beautiful even on a damp day.
Ginnie Hart: For my 75th birthday next year, Alan, Croatia may be my #1 choice, which would include Dubrovnik again. I would like that.
Dat ziet er erg mooi uit deze (natte) beroemde stad
Ginnie Hart: It makes me want to go back, Marjolein. I had forgotten I was even there!
A fine picture Ginnie. Dubrovnik is said to be a beautiful old city
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Bill, and I agree, even on a rainy day. Maybe we're go back next year for my 75th?!
Très belle cette rue pavée, même sous la pluie.
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Pascale. Merci.

ça fait presque 15 jours que je photographie les crocus
Ginnie Hart: Merci, JP. We have snowdrops right now, so I'm sure the crocuses and daffodils will soon follow.
wow what an amazing old world city!!! i can feel like i'm walking in the rain right beside you!! just a beautiful picture!
Ginnie Hart: Old world is what I love most about Europe, Elaine, as you know. Thank you. I had almost forgotten I had been to Dubrovnik!
Not the best of days but still a fine picutre, some very attractive buildings in that street.
Ginnie Hart: No one rains on our parade, Brian. HA! But yes, I can just imagine what this looks like on a sunny day!

A great view down this boulevard with the beautiful architectural facades creating an appealing streetscape!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Steven. I think it would be worth going back again!
Fabulous look at the other side of the world. Beautifully rendered.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Mary. This is what I love about "old" Europe.

zelfs in de regen een prachtig zicht Ginnie

een fraaie opname

groeten
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, Willy. I have learned over time to never be "deceived" by rain. smile
We visited Zadar shortly after the fighting had ended and even though there was destruction still to be seen it was one of my more memorable trips. This is an excellent capture of Croatian architecture, Ginnie. I think the rainy atmosphere enhances the image.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Beverly. Croatia now sits on top of my list for where I want to go next year for my 75th. I've heard so much about the entire country, I'd love to see more!

wonderfully shot, Ginnie. i like the atmosphere with the mildly drenches street and buildings.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ayush. This is a trip down memory lane for me, bringing back places I had totally forgotten about!
rainy days and Mondays don't bother me anymore Ginnie....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Me neither, Peter. Rain has its own special beauty!
Penny and i went to the walled city for the day in 2006... there were no motor vehicles inside the ancient city....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Now that you mention it, Peter, I don't see one car in any of my images!

The leading lines are terrific and I'm glad to see the people in the shot...tells the story and shows the scale. Really lovely despite the rainy day.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Bonnie. Looking back on this is making me want to return to see the place with new eyes after all these years.
