Fishing Buddies

Okay.  This is the last of my fishing boats from the Ucluelet Harbor on Vancouver Island.  I really am a glutton for boats and harbors, so I wonder if in some past life I was a sailor on the great seas of our world.

Again, it is the reflections in the water that mesmerize me.  I can never get enough of them, which is why I haven't cropped this.  BTW, these buddies live in the same neighborhood as Sharlene K, where she's the Queen.  Everyone knows that, of course.

Maybe the reflections are so mesmerizing to you because you're a gemini? smile I love the reflections, too...maybe because I'm a water sign. But it could simply be because of the beauty times 2.
Ginnie Hart: HA, Mad. You know me well. smile Thanks for your kind words.

It's the reflections that grab my eye too, amazing and so sharp. The colours in this shot are beautiful and look very much 'as is'. A lovely picture Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: You, too, Ellie. Your words are so very kind.
Yes indeed Ginnie, a wonderful shot. The water is magnificently calm to add to the glorious reflections. Simply stunning again. Regards, Neil.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Neil, as always! I can see why boats are docked in harbors now, because as a rule they ARE calm. Much different, of course, than the high seas!

What grabs me about this photo is the "buddy-ness". They look inseperable. I wonder if they troll together. Beautiful harbor and photo.
Ginnie Hart: You know, Ruth, that's exactly what I saw in this pic--that they really are buddies, inseparable. HA, maybe they DO troll together! (Boats that troll together stay together.) smile Thanks for your comment.
I just smelled salt air!
Ginnie Hart: Awww. I know you did!
Nice shoot.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Sarthak.

Hi Ginnie. This is a very well executed, restfull picture. For me, the upper half of the picture is best, where the hills and sky seem unperturbed by the intrusion of mast and shroud. Thank you for sharing.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks for stopping by, Ray, and leaving your comment.
