This is a wonderful point of view and we have some great memories here.
I love the orange 'floaters'.
Ginnie Hart: Lots of great memories at this port, Astrid. One of my favorites!
"She" is actually Mary Anning who lived in Dorset. A very interesting person.

And I love the photo.
Ginnie Hart: Wait. Are you serious, Michael? WOW. Thanks for the added info. I love it.

A fine composition Ginnie, and who could forget that tongue twister.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Chad. Say it fast 10 times in a row...I dare you! smile

nice picture! very picturesque lol... i remember when a friend came to visit me here, we are right by the ocean ya know, so she wanted to buy some sea shells for her kid, and i of course took her to the sea shore (where they had a bunch of gift shops) and there WAS NO ONE selling sea shells down there by the sea shore!! smile
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Elaine. I guess the locals take them too much for granted??!!

Remains a beautiful place.

I am wondering about that rowing boat, under the 'Berth holders only' sign. That is unlikely to be a berth.
Ginnie Hart: I think the berth is off to the left out of the image, if I'm remembering correctly, Louis. But it really IS a beautiful place!
Ha ha! I wonder how would you say that in Cornish?

Are you flying to GA in Oct?
It'll be your 1st visit after Trump won the election last year, right?

I'm sure you will find some Trump-themed Halloween merchandise. Can't wait! smile
Ginnie Hart: HAHA in Cornish. I'll have to ask my Cornish friend, LC. HA! Good one. And yes, we fly to GA in October. I can only imagine what the Halloween merchandise will be!
Super sympa cet endroit, jolie composition.
Bonne journée
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Pascale. Merci.
How pretty! That tugboat is beautiful.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Mary. I found so many of the boats there beautiful.
Great image Ginnie, we went there years ago but it comes with a bad memory. We were camping a few miles down the road and there was a horrendous thunder storm and when we got back to the campsite our tent and almost everything in it was waterlogged!
Ginnie Hart: That is indeed a bad memory, Brian. I'm so lad I can give you some good memories of the place!
Nice to see the boats are still operating, although I imagine much reduced in number!
Ginnie Hart: I sure hope these seaside ports stay operating till the end of time, Tom!
A very Cornish scene, Ginnie. Very nice.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Frank. It's one of my favorite fishing ports there thus far.
What a beauty with those buildings and boats smile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Joshi. It really is.

I guess She sells to berth holders, then.
Ginnie Hart: To anyone with the cash, Ray?!
Nice composition Ginnie. Typical of beautiful Cornwall.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Marie. It remains one of my favorite fishing ports thus far!
Bonjour Ginnie
J'adore ...ta photo est magnifique
Bonne journée

This colourful and vibrant. I can even taste the salt from the seabreeze just looking at this photo smile
Ginnie Hart: You would know all about that, Charles, wouldn't you! Thank you.
Sweet...and I love the gal in the blue!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Robin...and you have good eyes. smile
What a charming view, Ginnie - This is so lovely!
