Certains se sont bien abreuvés.
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Martine.

It looks like a sleep in until the weekend ;-)
Ginnie Hart: This was on a Sunday morning, Cherry, when Astrid and I walked through the campsite. It was clear there had been quite a celebration the night before, everywhere.
Nice selective colour Ginnie, you still have hippies!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frank. I have a feeling there are still hippies everywhere, just waiting for a party! smile
"... ya got to make the mornin' last..."
Great capture - so perfect with your selective coloring!
(What's Frank saying? We're surrounded by hippies, here!)
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Elizabeth. I suppose some of us are still hippies on the inside, right? smile

the processing gives this an even more vintage feel than the items would have in full color

nice choice

love that basket vase
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Sherri. I was glad someone thought to add the flowers in such a place.

I like your selective colouring, you are a spezi in this sort of treatment.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Philine. You know me...sometimes I just HAVE to do it. smile

We move too fast, period, Ginnie. Sometimes it is hard to slow down after a long time of working hard.....love the selective colouring.
Ginnie Hart: I still have hopes you will learn, Astrid. HA! Bedankt.

Hmmmm.. 6.30am seems a little too early for a drink; maybe in around 12 hours time. I'm making do with a cup of tea at the moment.
Ginnie Hart: We were walking around the site mid-Sunday morning while only some campers were arising for breakfast, Alan. I think too many had really celebrated "hard" the bight before!

It could be the UK too Ginnie. People can be very predictable in summer, music, booze etc
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Chris. I tend to be one who slows down instead of ramping up. HA!
You get hippies we get people dressing up as Romans grin
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHAHAHA!

Ne pas prendre le volant ensuite
JP
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, JP!
Ce fut une belle pause...sourires !
Ginnie Hart: Welcome back, Claudine, after your vacation. I know you're smiling.
the only memory i have of 'hippies' was a teenage girl with ironed hair walking past our driveway in her mini skirt and boots made for walkin'... my little brother was like 3 or 4 years old, and i told him to go ask her to teach him how to 'go go dance' lol and he DID, and she danced with him on the sidewalk, it was such a cute sight lolol... no booze was involved lol neat pic!!!
Ginnie Hart: Those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end. HAHAHA!

That yellow is very pleasing Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
Evidence of good times had the previous night.
Ginnie Hart: I guess so, Martin??!!
Is this the morning after the night before? Lots of empty bottles.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Mary. Definitely. This was Sunday morning... as Astrid and I walked through the site. Most people were still asleep.

quite some empty bottles there, Ginnie. the flowers manage to overpower everything else though.
Ginnie Hart: Something had to speak louder than the empty bottles, Ayush, right? smile

Looks like someone had a great tailgating party!! smile I love the selective coloring here.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Steven. I think a lot of people probably had a wild night!
Love the colour popping on this. I must be getting old, I can't remember the last time I had a 'morning after' feeling!
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Good for you, Brian! Thanks for the smile.
A good time was had by all!
Ginnie Hart: Obviously! smile

Yah well - the bottles are empty - so they hit the sack. I see they still like their VW people transporters. Next month, some cannabis plants will arise from the park's lawn.

You are again demonstrating the knack of making a great picture of empty alcohol containers smile
Ginnie Hart: This festival happens every year, Louis, which in and of itself says something about the sustainability of this part of our history/culture, right?! smile

Thank you for your kind words.
It looks like you need a break.
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Well, lucky for me, this wasn't MY night after, Michael. I was just the by-walker. smile
Oh how fun! Great with the selective coloring. Loved your note back to Astrid too...she'll learn after a bit of time, ha!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Robin. I suppose we're all still learning, right?! smile
