I can just imagine the piano tinkling away as guests sit around enjoying a glass of something hopefully with a fire burning in the grate. I hope everyone has totes, though, to help in the gloom when they come to leave smile

A feeling of expectation...drinks at the ready, piano about to be played, chairs awaiting the guests...the light is really a crucial part of the scene..inviting

Martini Rosso on a grand with lotsa wooden features around and a huge Persian style carpet. One can relax yourself into a nap.

What a perfect choice to process this still life in sepia!! Not only does it gives a nice vintage appeal, but really brings out the intricate shapes and patterns in beautiful tones!
