a lovely scene so beautifully captured
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Sherri.
Wonderful! Yes, let's just sail away!
Ginnie Hart: Wouldn't that be absolutely splendid, Robin! Let's do it.

Beautiful model ships!! I'd love to sail away from this cold weather. smile
Ginnie Hart: Sometimes a little bit of imagination helps, Steven. Just do it. smile

Wonderful presentation here, Ginnie and I would not mind sailing away on one of these and let the wind blow through my hair.....
Ginnie Hart: I'd go with you anywhere on one of these fine ships, Astrid, and you would be my pilot!!! HA! Let's just do it.

They are quite elaborate models, Ginnie, ad make a fine subject.
Ginnie Hart: Sitting outside in the elements like that surprised me, Ray. I hope they stand the test of time. Thanks. Actually, maybe they're taken inside every night. Now I wish I paid more attention!
De bien jolies maquettes, j'espère qu'elles sont bien fixées ;-)
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I do, too, Pascale. I don't remember the rest of the scene...if maybe they were in a display for sale?

Lovely models aren't they
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Chris.
Des greements vraiment très beaux !
Bonne journée
Ginnie Hart: Someone had fun and pleasure making them, I'm sure, Claudine. Merci.

I would worry that the wind might really make them "sail away", Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Lisl. I wish I could remember hat the context was.
Tey are rather fine looking models Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I thought so, too, Bill.

What a beautiful find in Venice - Yes, Santa Maria ...
Ginnie Hart: The boats we can find everywhere, Philine!

And I know that you are interested in these miniature galleons Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Chad. My little hands/fingers allow me to do intricate work, which I love. smile

Magnifiques maquettes.
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Martine.
On such fancy boats? Sure.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Agreed.
Very fine models!

My account is still problematical - can't reply to comments or upload new pics.
Ginnie Hart: They really stood out, Tom. Wish I knew more about why they were there. (So sorry about your site issues!)
I love it. It reminds me of the ship models my mother and I used to make. As always, great processing...
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Larry. What memory to have done that with your mother!
I don't wanna take Santa Maria.
Do they have Mayflower?

Take me to the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave! ;p
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! I don't think anyone wants to go to the Land of the Free right now, LC??!!
They are very good models, it seems from one of your replies they are outside all the time.
Ginnie Hart: To be honest, Brian, I don't know if I'm right about that. Maybe they were outside on display to be sold, but that's not how I remember them. Hmmmm.
they are handsome, proud vessels, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Indeed they are, Ayush. I like how you have said that.

Your conversion and presentation is wonderful. Interesting that there is a lace curtain in Venice.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Louis. I wonder if the lace comes from the Venetian isle of Burano??? I do remember lace being one of their mainstays.
So very nice. I am ready to sail away right now smile
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Michael. Just do it! smile
Beautiful, I want them, free of course I do not think I can buy them smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! Now I'm trying to remember if they were even for sale, Claudio, or just on display.
I really love this image, Ginnie... How gorgeous your composition and treatment!
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Elizabeth. Thank you.
