Brrr!!! Looks like it is still cold there -- we had some spring-like weather this weekend!
Ginnie Hart: Sadly, Emily, the snow lasted only 4 days and then was gone. Our temps have been hovering around 40-45° F all winter thus far.

Ginnie Hart: That day it was blustery cold, Cherry. Not so much now.
A gorgeous snow scene!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. It caught us all by surprise.

Whilst parts of the UK have had a fair amount of snow, in the sunny south we've none of it sad So I'll enjoy your view to make up for it.
Ginnie Hart: Look hard and long, Alan, because we might never see it again this winter?! (sigh)
We had snow yesterday. It was gone by 10.00 am!
Ginnie Hart: We saw a smattering of it on the way to Schiphol airport on Saturday, Bill, but not enough to speak of. I wonder if we'll get any more this winter?!

Ginnie Hart: Merci, JP!
Lovely treatment, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
A fine snow scene Ginnie, we had snow round my way yesterday, fortunately, for those who have to travel, it had cleared by this morning.
Ginnie Hart: We've had it only once thus far this winter, Brian. I wouldn't mind seeing it again, to be honest.
You must have enjoyed this scene so much, Ginnie - if I know you. smile
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Mary. You know me well!

A beautiful winterscape that you've captured here!! It actually evokes a sense of tranquility here.
Ginnie Hart: It was definitely that kind of day, Steven. Thanks.

How did you know it?!
Nobody knows me better than you. wink
Ginnie Hart: Awwwww. Well, then!
Super photo, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
That is beautifully done. It would make a great print for your wall.
Ginnie Hart: Or maybe my next Christmas card? Thanks, Michael.
it looks like you may have had a white Christmas this year Ginnie....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Sadly not, Peter, since this lasted only 4 days. But there's always hope for another year, right?!

oh my!!! i forgot to comment!! i'm not recalling what i was busy with, but i FORGOT lol i'm suckball macgee lol (mr right reference) oh and SUCH a beautiful picture, my friend!! i love hoar frost on trees!!
Ginnie Hart: HA! I knew you'd come around eventually, so thanks. Actually, none of that is hoar frost but all snow, most of which was blown around by the wind and a bit wet enough to stick like that. It was magical.
Now this is WINTER! Lovely!
