Oh, my. That is absolutely beautiful.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Michael. Thank you.

Your compositional skills are a lesson for me, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: That's kind of you, Ray, but I have a feeling there's nothing in the world you'd ever need learn from me. HA!
What a beautiful image! And I feel cooler just looking at it! (It's 88f / 31c in my house right now!)
Ginnie Hart: With that kind of heat, Elizabeth, I'm so glad I could help you feel cooler. smile

Jolie ambiance pour cette photo. J'aime le pont dans le fond.
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Martine. I like that bridge, too. smile

This is a fabulous point of view and I love the touches of red and orange in this picture. Great memories too smile
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, Astrid. Even though we had off-n-on rain that day, it really was such a lovely place to visit!

Cool, I hope so, those days were so hot here!
Ginnie Hart: I know, Anne. We had them, too. It should cool off for a few days now before it gets hot again. I have a feeling we'll see-saw like that throughout the summer months.

Two towns - east and west Looe - joined by an historic bridge
Ginnie Hart: I had no idea it was two towns, Chris, divided by that bridge (kinda like Budapest?). I'm getting my education...yet again.

I love your selective colour- what a broad river - I have never been in Looe - yes, we need some rain and refreshment.
Ginnie Hart: Actually, Philine, there is no selective color in this image, though I can see why you might have thought so. It was that kind of day! And last evening we DID get our rain here in Dutchland, cooling us all off. Hopefully you have gotten it, too?
Très belle prise de vue !
Merci
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Claudine.

i'm calm, but we are havin' a heatwave this weekend smile hmmm, i'm not sure i would want to go out in a boat called 'Typhoon' haha
Ginnie Hart: Our heatwave has just relented after a nice thunderstorm last evening. Hopefully your break will come soon. I don't do heat well at all! "Swallow" might be more to your liking, Elaine? smile
Such a beautiful spot Ginnie and so unlike The Nederlands. I am glad you have been able to enjoy Cornwall.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you and thank you, Chad. I have fallen in love with Cornwall. It reminds me of our New England states!

The mist give a very calm, tranquil feel t the image, The splashes of red on the boots to the left and right add to the image. I lovely the old quaysides.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Alan, for picking out the wonders of this place. I fell in love with it!

For a moment there, I thought you are back in Norway. But too many English names.
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Louis. But I do see the similarity, having been to Norway!
What a pretty scene. It certainly is calm.
Ginnie Hart: Today it's also much cooler here in Dutchland, Mary!
I really like this, the poor weather gives it a nice atmosphere. I've seen your set of Looe on your blog, all very enjoyable, especially the Fish and Chips smile
Ginnie Hart: We can truthfully say it never rains on our parade, Brian! There's no such thing as bad weather...just bad clothes! smile Thanks for following my other blog, which means the world to me.
Oh gosh...I'd just want to roam and roam...just beautiful.
Ginnie Hart: We did, Robin, and even in the rain it is incredibly beautiful. Thanks.
Next time you come here, be sure to take a canal boat holiday!
Ginnie Hart: I actually think I would like that, LC, except from what I understand, you wouldn't get much of a vacation, having to work the locks all day long!
Lovely shot, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Tom.
Sometimes murky weather can help make a really good picture Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I totally agree, Bill!
Beautiful capture Ginnie! And phenomenal composition with the boats... smile

And you have a cool weekend too... ^_^
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Sudipto. Even on a rainy day there are spots worth photographing!
wow, i love this view, Ginnie. i like the deep shade of the roof of Typhoon.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ayush!
Ironically named Typhoon
