Très jolie fontaine bien réalisée.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Martine. It really is a beautiful fountain.
That's as terrific a fountain as I've ever seen, Ginnie! And with your processing... I think the artist would be pleased
Ginnie Hart: How sweet of you, Elizabeth. Piazza delle Erbe is to Verona what Piazza San Marco is to Venice (I think?). Full of beauties like this fountain.

How the weekend goes by in the blink of an eye! Here's to another week...we can do it!!
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Emily. This is the last week of April!!! How is that possible?

Could be me, after a couple of beers, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Good one, Ray. smile
Nicely done, Ginnie, great fountain.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frank. It's the main thing that piazza is known for!
Don't drool, dudes.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Bad etiquette!

You can almost see that water moving, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Lisl. I wish now I had counted all the spots...maybe 8?

A glorious edifice isn't it Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Yes, it is, Chris! One of the "landmarks" of Verona.

What a fabulous picture of that fountain. Wonderful treatment and I think the artist will be pleased if he could see this result.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Astrid. I would study it a bit more carefully if we were ever back there. So much to see and so little time! (sigh)
Magnifique photo , j'aime vraiment beaucoup ces fontaines , des sculptures superbes !
Bonne journée Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Claudine. Verona is quite proud of this "landmark."

This must be a wonderful fountain!
Ginnie Hart: Yes, it is, Philine. I wish I had taken more time to inspect it carefully!
and it is raining here sad

Nice picture Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Gotta spout off about something, Bill! Thanks.
Yes, that could be useful Ginnie. I e left you liked all the little squares with fountains and wells.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Chad. What a charming place.

That's beautiful. I like very much your choice of shutter speed, too, to show the flow of water. So did you then try a gelato?
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Alan, but I can't claim any shutter speed finessing since the aperture priority did it for me. As regards the gelato, it's so weird but we had one every day in Venice (7 days) but not once in Verona (4 days). Hmmmmm.
prise et traitement superbe!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Merci, JP.
The treatment lets the best show through. Nice!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Mary. That's what I was hoping for.
I love that fountain, I must have missed that when Maureen and I had some time in verona back in 2003.
Ginnie Hart: There's quite a market all around this spot, Brian, so it doesn't surprise me at all if you missed it!
What an extravagant fountain!
Ginnie Hart: It is, indeed, Tom.
I don't remember this fountain now! Is it in the square close to R&J?
Ginnie Hart: Yes, it is, LC. There's usually a market there so that may be what you remember. The fountain and statues are kinda hidden when there are loads of people around. But the Juliet House is just a wee walk away down the street. Good memory.

There is certainly a lot of spouting going on there!!
Ginnie Hart: Now I just wish I had counted how many there were, Cherry. I'm assuming 8.
it is a spectacular fountain Ginnie... i like your treatment very much... those old guys are always spouting off about somethinggrin....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Peter. It's like they all got together and said "One, two three...GO!" grin
Well spouting off happens daily here in the USA!
Ginnie Hart: HA! Exactly, Robin. Someone's got to do it!!!
Spitting in all four directions...
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Larry. No one or nothing gets missed.
As long as there are Mondays you will know that you are alive.
Ginnie Hart: HA! I like that, Michael. smile

Ginnie Hart: Enough spouters to sink a ship, Louis. smile Thank you kindly
