This is very nice, Ginnie, the whole thing.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Frank!
Wonderful, Ginnie! Lovely find and presentation!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. I love the boat weathervanes all over the Netherlands!
Que c'est beau ! Jolie présentation pour ce bateau.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Martine.

Don't you often wonder who climbed up and put it there...
I love these very detailed weather-vanes. What a great boat Friday.
Ginnie Hart: I wonder about so many things, Astrid, as you know. HA! Thank you.
J'aime vraiment beaucoup !!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Claudine.

A very special, beautiful weather-van. I cannot remember to have seen it. On Sunday I'll be in Amsterdam again.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Philine. To be honest, it's hard to see with the naked eye, especially from afar, which is why I'm so glad for the 1200 mm range of my wee camera.

I'm not sure my aspirations are quite this lofty Ginnie but I'll do my best
Ginnie Hart: Good for you, Chris. Just go for it. HA!

You must have jumped for joy when you saw this, Ginnie. (My only weathervane this week was a tractor!)
Ginnie Hart: Ship vanes are quite common over here, Lisl, but, yes, I still jumped for joy. I would have loved to see a tractor vane this week. smile
This is very nice, good day to you Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
Book Sale day tomorrow....and the weather forecast is sunshine smile
Ginnie Hart: YAY for you, Bill. Enjoy messing up your garage again! smile
This is exquisite Ginnie, so light and delicate.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, it is, Chad. Thank you.
It must be strong to hold up to wind.
Ginnie Hart: I have a feeling it's much bigger than it looks, Mary...and stronger, too!

Now how wonderful is that! I like the spiky thing, too, below the ship.
Ginnie Hart: It's fun, Alan, isn't it!
ships and weather vanes Ginnie... two of your favorite things...
love your framing....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Definitely two of my favorite things, Peter! Thanks.
Altogether a magnificent tower and weather vane.
Ginnie Hart: High and lifted up, Brian. I often think of that when I see something like this.
Boat again? When are we going to see a Trump weathervane?!

I guess all the arrows will be pointing towards him!
Ginnie Hart: The day I see a Trump vane...THAT will be the day, LC. As a true narcissist, if he thought vanes were really important to millions of people, I'm sure he'd get one made for him (to top his White House???). HA!
magnifique mise en valeur!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, JP.
and it even has sails to catch the wind!! gosh i'm late in commenting, i'm sorry... i have news tho!
Ginnie Hart: Sails to catch the wind, indeed. I love the boat/ship vanes like this.
That is so cool.
Ginnie Hart: I thought so, too, Michael. Thanks.

Now that is just gorgeous!
Ginnie Hart: Not often you'd see that in America, Robin, right?!!
