gobsmacked
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Ray.
Quiet morning.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Michael. People walking their dogs and that was about it! My kind of morning. smile
OMG what a beautiful frosty shot, Ginnie I just love the clarity and the comp!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. Astrid was the one who made me promise to go out that morning (last Friday) because of what she saw on the way to work. So in many ways, this is a THANK YOU to Astrid.
That is so very beautiful.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Michael.
A picture postcard chilly scene Ginnie, very nice.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Chad. It was the chilly part, in combination with the moisture, that made this a rare, beautiful morning. It was all melted a couple of hours later.

This is absolute fabulous. I am so glad I made that phone call. We don't often have -5 Celsius (23F) AND Fog...
I think this is the most beautiful spot on the citadel. Love it.
Ginnie Hart: Because of YOU, Astrid, I was able to capture this image, so thanks to YOU. I just wish you could have come home from work to join me. At least you joined me in the polder the next day! And, yes, I agree about this being my favorite photo spot on the citadel walk.

Today the fields might be looking like this - a wonderful, quiet image which could make my day!
Ginnie Hart: Maybe we passed it on to you, Philine. It's fun when it happens...especially when there's no snow.

Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elaine. And yes, we feel very lucky and blessed here where we live!

Oh wow! This is beautiful! I love the frosty bushes edging the waterway and the trees. Love it!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Alan. I actually thought of YOU on that walk, knowing you'd be eating it all up.
Magnifique paysage dans cette belle lumière, j'adore.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Martine. It was a rare moment of freezing temps with fog, creating this delight.

Superb and going to my likey archives. The combination of golden sunlight and silver frost, is but one of the great features of this picture.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Louis, to make my day again. Thank you!
I never realised, despite the lack of hills, that Holland could look as beautiful as this, if that were my image I would have it printed to a large size and frame it to hang on my wall.
Ginnie Hart: You'd be surprised about the beauty of this country without hills, Brian! smile Thank you.
So beautiful! Have you been to the Broads in Norfolk?
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, LC. But NO. Hmmm. Now you have me curious....

and such a beautiful dawn it is Ginnie... this quiet scene gives me hope for peace in the world....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Peter. Every day we need to find beauty like this and send it back to the world for all to see and believe!
This is just stunning. Words almost fail me...
Ginnie Hart: You are so very kind, Larry. Thank you. I suspect we will make it our Holiday card next Christmas!
I love how soft and fragile the view looks in those colours. Great capture, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: This is almost straight from the camera, Petra, exactly as I saw it. It was an incredible day! Thank you.
Just magnificent
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Marie. This is just a few minutes' walk from our apartment. We feel so very lucky...as I know you feel where you live!
