All the best for 2017! smile
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks for stopping by and commenting, Nikki-Ann.
What a great capture, Ginnie! I like the light treatment that brings out the details!!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. The sky that day was lovely in every way.
Oh, that is wonderful.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.

This is a great picture, love the light and the treatment. I always have to look at those 'so English' chimneys.
Happy New Year to you too.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Astrid. Don't we both LOVE our time with friends in the English world! (I think I have a date with you on our couch tomorrow night, right?!)
And I wish you and Astrid a happy and successful 2017 Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you very much, Chad!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! and many more!! i love the way seagulls perch on posts smile nice shot, what a foreboding sky!!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elaine. The sky was fabulous that day in Bristol on our walk. I'm such a glutton for such and hope they forebode nothing but the best for this coming year, "in spite of" all the sh** going on in the world everywhere.

And we all wonder what it might bring. Mr Gull has a good lookout point
Ginnie Hart: We all DO wonder, Chris, don't we...esp. without a good vantage point to check it out ahead of time!

Haha- what a wonderful observation - your eyes are precious - yes, a really happy new year to you and Astrid!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Philine. Let's all have hope and love in our hearts, without which we are nothing.

Whao! Loving those chimneys, Ginnie, and the gull is a bonus.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ray. We don't have chimney pots like that here in Hollandshire (or America, for that matter), so these really charm the soul. smile

Oh dear! I've quite got used to this one; warts and all. The gull can probably see it coming but its useful resting place. I lovely the chimneys. Happy New Year to you, too.
Ginnie Hart: I love your chimney pots, Alan. What can I say. smile

I really do like this, Ginnie. Continue to look up!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Lisl. I will do my best! smile
The lumiière is magnificent on these fireplaces where the gull plays the guards on the city. Have a good end of year Ginnie. I will come back for the whishes.
Ginnie Hart: Nothing like the chimney pots of England, Marie, in my estimation. I love them. Thank you and all my best wishes for a Happy New Year!
Same to you and Lady P

I remember this bird!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Bill, and I'm sure you do!!!

The patience of a fed gull. Lovely light fall in your excellent composition.
Ginnie Hart: Patience, indeed, Louis. May we all have it a-plenty in this year to come. Thank you.
What a cool look for the chimneys- chess pieces.
Happy new year to you too.
Ginnie Hart: I LOVE the English chimney pots, Mary. I, too, always see chess pieces. smile Thank you.
Tempus fugit.
So do gulls! wink
Ginnie Hart: How clever, LC. Of course they do!
And a Happy New Year to you also Ginnie from both of us. Chimneys are to you what lone seats are to me I think.
