In addition to liking the boats, I like that dome in the background..
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Larry...that dome. Ones like that are all over Malta! Thank you.

I'm sure if that boat could talk, it'd have many stories! Looks well-loved! smile Happy friday!
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Emily! smile
What a perfectly lovely walk, Ginnie! Such wonderful tones in this!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Elizabeth. As I've worked on these images, they've all come immediately alive, as though it were yesterday!

I could stroll along here every day for a month and not be bored by it, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: You could even ride your bike there, Ray. smile

This is a classic and we had a wonderful walk along the long harbour. LOVE the treatment. The many masts make the picture.
Ginnie Hart: We saw enough boats in Malta to fit into another lifetime, for sure! I'll never forget this wonderful trip and place! Thanks for sharing it with me....
Jolie vue sur ce port.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Martine.
What a lovely perspective Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.

I think that it;s probably best not to see the bottom of any boat that you're going to travel on. "out of sight, out if mind...."
Ginnie Hart: HA! Your point is well taken, Alan. But to be honest, this one isn't that bad?
Wonderful. It the modern boats weren't there it could be anytime in the last couple of hundred years.
Ginnie Hart: Now that you mention it, Michael....! Thanks. smile
Such a lovely scene Ginnie, I can just sense how happy you were here.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Chad, and oh, yes. I think you'd love Malta!
I love all the masts. They make the wonderful tinging sound as the masts sway in the wind.
Ginnie Hart: i love them, too, Mary. You would know about the tinging sound, of course. smile

I just gotta fetch my magnifying glass - there must be a boat in there somewhere smile Great.
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHAHAHA! I hope you found one, Louis. smile Thanks for the smile.
So much to see, so many photos to be taken, perhaps a return visit might be called for one day.
Ginnie Hart: I don't know if we'll ever go back, Brian (so many other places to see), but that's why we spent 11 days there. Totally worth it.
One can never have too many boats! Great one for Boat Friday! Like the red arrow too!
Ginnie Hart: NOEVER, Robin. HA! And good eye for the red arrow. It never entered my consciousness! DUH.
Beautiful framing and process Ginnie. I like this photo
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Marie, for stopping by and commenting again.
Why walk if you could water ski to Valetta, G! Think outside the box, remember. wink
Ginnie Hart: Now that you mention it, LC, not once did we ever see a water skier while in Malta...and that amazes me. Hmmmm. Just think of the business you could drum up for all the tourists there if you wanted to be entrepreneurial!
Lovely presentation, Ginnie - you could hang that one on the wall!
Ginnie Hart: How kind of you, Tom. Thank you.

I am wondering about the boat in the foreground.
Ginnie Hart: It was in April and was just warming up after a severely cold winter, we found out, Cherry. Maybe this one boat hadn't gotten the email yet? smile
i used to love the vista of masts when over looking the harbour downtown! this reminds me of it smile thanks for your great shot!!
Ginnie Hart: I've always love boat masts (are there any other kinds?), Elaine, so I understand. Thanks.
