Oups, qui a oublié ses chaussures ?
Ginnie Hart: Let's hope she remembers where she put them?!
Yup...
Oh Collin can't get back here fast enough! smile
Nice photo, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: It's easy for me to say you can do anything for 4 weeks (I did my massage-therapy training for one year while still working full-time, and said I could do anything for a year), but I am SO GLAD you're in the "strome hetch," Elizabeth. HANG IN THERE.
Maybe this is a new theme... Yellow Monday. I like the shoes there too.
Ginnie Hart: Whatever color, Jacquelyn, yes! And thanks.

I hope they are 'aired out' enough to wear. Great shot and love the colours.
Ginnie Hart: Aired out and ready to go! Thank you, MLMA.

C'est bien réalisé
JP
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, JP.
Interesting block work in this building Ginnie, those stairs almost look like some kind of Lego.
Ginnie Hart: Now that you mention it, Chad, indeed!

Work? What;s that? Aaaah... yes.. I vaguely remember smile I like the base of the columns; they remind me of a universal joint.
Ginnie Hart: We're so lucky, Alan, aren't we!!! Speaking of the columns, just today I noticed that the second one in from the right is not positioned in accordance with all the others. I wonder what THAT'S about???

Oh, Ginnie, we are out of work and enjoy our retirement - I love the treatment of your image - soft like buttercreame.
Ginnie Hart: We're the lucky ones, Philine...waiting for the others, like Astrid, to join us!
What's this wok thing you are on about Ginnie?grin

Nice treatment here!
Ginnie Hart: I know, Bill. We're the lucky ones...but I still tip my hat to those, like Astrid, who remind us of our former days!

I have the feeling your image could have been dipped into fine English clotted cream.
Ginnie Hart: Awwww. I'd like that, Philine!!! smile
Indeed time to put on my boots and get back to work! wink
Ginnie Hart: Just do it, LC! (Yes, I noticed the 'boots.'wink
I like the shoes!!, good vision shot!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Roland. The shoes caught my eyes, of course. smile
nope we have a long weekend on monday! hehe... nice shot... what's with the green pics? lol does your monitor need calibrating? lol
Ginnie Hart: Happy long weekend to you. Nope, nothing needs calibrating. It's the "manipulation" I'm using but it's not that green on my screen. Does YOURS need calibrating?

Beautiful stone work, Ginnie.

Promise you can have cream teas when you're here later in the year.
Ginnie Hart: THANK YOU, Pauline. We will LOVE some cream teas when we'll with you. We need our "fix." smile
Perhaps they were trying for a day off - "The dog ate my shoes". No such luck.
Ginnie Hart: No such luck, indeed, Mary. I wonder if this is one of those homes where shoes are not allowed inside?
well i hope the odour from the shoes have disappeared, Ginnie. i love the variety of nice, clean lines all over the walls and the parapet.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Good one, Ayush, about the smelly shoes. And thanks for the comment!
But not for us, and Bill, Alan, Chris etc.etc., and hopefully not too much longer for Astrid.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Brian. Even though she has Mondays off, I look forward to the day when ALL days are off!!!

No 10 - this is not England, eh? Excellent with those shoes.
Ginnie Hart: This is NOT like the other 10, Louis. HA! But, yes, it was the shoes that grabbed my attention.
Left out for valeting, or just to freshen
Ginnie Hart: Or both? And maybe so as not to track anything into the house?
Love all those lines!!! Are we fortunate we don't have to put our shoes on, ha!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Robin, and, yes...even though I hardly ever walk barefoot. Hmmmm.
Drying off after a marathon, no doubt!
Ginnie Hart: No doubt, Tom!
I like the yellow and the vignette...
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Larry.
The shoes really grabbed my eyes. Excellent shot.
Ginnie Hart: Mine, too, Michael. Thank you.
Hey I am lucky to be on holydays Ginnie! Wonderful treatment.
Ginnie Hart: And I am lucky to be retired, Richard. Astrid doesn't work on Mondays but I remember those Mondays when I was off-n-running after the weekend. I was one of those persons who quite enjoyed going to work. smile

I'm lucky, I had the Monday off as part of a Canadian long weekend! but tuesday(today), I had to put on my working shoes wink
Ginnie Hart: Lucky you, too, Emily, since I'm retried and Astrid doesn't work on Mondays. But we both certainly know the feeling of when we did. smile
Gaetonray reminds me of the fine old houses in Charleston SC Ginnie... love the sneakers on the railing as much as your treatment....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Lots of fine houses in Rabat, Peter. I hope Gaetonray doesn't mind being singled out, but, yes, it was the shoes! Thank you.
