Looks like a typical Monday to me... smile
But yes - maybe to see things through new glasses... instead of the old - perhaps the future looks brighter!
You made a great shot out of this, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: If anyone knew about "this," Elizabeth, it would be YOU! smile Thanks.
In this case it would be half-seen...
Ginnie Hart: Or discredited?

Oooooops!
Ginnie Hart: Yup!
That is such a sad image.
Ginnie Hart: Not exactly how you'd want to start your Monday, Michael, I know! sad

Oups, ces lunettes serviront moins bien maintenant.
Ginnie Hart: We live in a throw-away culture, Martine, don't we!
Oops, I am glad they are not mine Ginnie since I can't move without my glasses...
Ginnie Hart: The same for me, Richard. My "sunglasses" are built into my prescription, so if something happened to them, I'd be almost blind. sad

Perhaps it is, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: If we don't start seeing things differently soon, Lisl, I fear for our world! sad

I think it was too 'black and white' for the owner of these glasses....there is always a middle way. I hope he did not try to get a refund at the insurance as 'missing'.... wink
Ginnie Hart: He could have at least tried to find a trash bin???????

Haha! We should use our own eyes.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Philine, especially if they're good!

I detect frustration here Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Especially since there surely was a trash bin nearby, Chris?!
Very nice photo!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
Good spot Ginnie, I imagine that these fell in the road and were run over.
Ginnie Hart: Maybe, Chad. That's better than someone not using the trash bin.
The price of spectacles these days I hope they were insured smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! For sure, Bill!
la lunette devient monocle! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: HA! Well, that's one way of seeing it, for sure, JP. smile
Leftover from a wild weekend party hehehehe.
Ginnie Hart: Could be, Charles, since we were there on a Sunday. smile

That one part of the frame seems bent enough for introspection.
Ginnie Hart: That's a good one, Louis. Hmmmmm.

I hope the owner wasn't wearing them when the damage happened, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: I can agree with that, Pauline, whole-heartily!
Losing one's glasses might result in seeing things less clearly. That's not good.
Ginnie Hart: Unless these are "just" sunglasses, I suppose, Mary?
This reminds me that I will have to see about new glasses in four weeks time smile
Ginnie Hart: Ah, yes, Brian. Everything is looking up for you, I know. smile
Someone got an eyeful ...
Ginnie Hart: Makes you wonder what story fits this, Frank. smile
If only people would!!! Great capture and perfect for your thoughts!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Robin. I know what you mean..."if only people would."
For sale - will suit one-eyed pirate smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! Good one, Tom. smile
Love is blind, remember?
You need to see at all. wink
Ginnie Hart: HA! Good point, LC!!!

I like the caption for the photo, Ginnie. I think it's always a good thing to change things up -- try to see things from another perspective once in a while.
Ginnie Hart: I totally agree, Emily, even if I don't do it often enough!
they would be OK for a man with one eye Ginnie....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Talk about a dead give-away, Peter! grin

Nice textures, balance and the specs add just the right touch!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you most kindly, Bonnie. I hope you're entertaining yourself and others a lot these days!
