It seems well and truly trussed up, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: It's definitely not going anywhere fast, Ray! smile

I doubt that this boat will 'take a stroll'. It looks like they used every rope they could find....
I wonder where they store the fish after catching some...
Almost weekend indeed smile another 8 hours in the ....... wink
Ginnie Hart: As though someone thought it might get away...throw on another rope! I love Fridays for you, MLMA, knowing you are soon to have 3 full days of rest!
Goodness! They wanted to be sure... It makes for a really great photo, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Just when they thought another rope couldn't be found, BINGO. I know...a bit of overkill? smile Thanks, Elizabeth.
Jolis détails. J'aime les ambiances des ports.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Martine. I do, too.
You capture some wonderful details here Ginnie!
Enjoy the weekend.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Richard. You, too.

'Hold on' - Astrid recently said - a nice capture of a harbour detail and good wishes for you both and our dear Bill!
Ginnie Hart: Hold on for dear life, or so it appears, Philine. smile Thanks for the good wishes!

Although this looks to be a mess I'm sure it is very confident tying Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: A colossal mess, but all they care about is the security. HA! Thanks, Chris/Alan! smile
il ne risque pas de partir!! jolie compo et traitement! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: I don't think it could even be stolen, JP! smile Thanks.

Good plan. I have no issues in letting go - and its getting hold again on Monday that is more of an issue. I like the well used look of everything here.
Ginnie Hart: This was the dockyard end of the village, Alan, where everything was photogenic in another, more rustic way. It had its own charm, for sure. Soon YOU will be footloose and fancy free.
Hahha Thanks Ginnie smile

A fine picture to mark this historic day grin
Ginnie Hart: Have a great weekend, Bill. I know you will!
Oh dear! Someone needs some TLC. Nicely rendered.
Ginnie Hart: At that end of the village, Mary, a lot needed TLC! smile Thanks.
It shouldn't drift away with all that lot tying it up.
Ginnie Hart: It would take a long time to set it loose, Brian, for sure!

What an old boat you found! I wonder if it's still in working order?

Happy weekend smile
Ginnie Hart: Oh, I'm sure it's still working, Emily. It looked like a real workhorse! Thanks.
A bit of a jumble, but it evidently works!
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Tom. For sure!
I like these well worn ropes Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Chad. So do I. smile
I guess it will take a long time to "let go", G!
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, LC. (sigh)
and i am all set for the weekend, Ginnie. from what little i can see, this is not the tidiest of vessels.
Ginnie Hart: Glad you were all set for the weekend, Ayush...and now we're back to the salt mines, right?! Good observation about the vessel, btw.

Some thick ropes they use here. Interesting detail in the composition you chose - for instance, the number of tires.
Ginnie Hart: Some things stick out like sore thumbs, Louis! smile
I like all those sharp details.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Michael.

With your own inimitable stamp, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I guess that's okay, then, Lisl??? smile
Them thar are some big ropes...
Ginnie Hart: Yes they are, Larry! smile
Hope you had a great one!
Ginnie Hart: Yes, we did, Robin! Thank you. smile
i have no idea how i missed this spectacular image Ginnie... i have been too busy getting ready for summer....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Uh-oh, Peter. "Slow down, you move too fast....." HA! Sometimes we're busier in retirement than ever before...or maybe just not as organized??!
