Sometimes you HAVE to let go otherwise it will 'eat' you. And in this case 'dance as if nobody is watching'....(not that I see us doing this smile
Great detail of the odd artwork.
Ginnie Hart: LOL. We'll dance like no one is watching, for sure. We saw a lot of ODD artwork that day, didn't we! Thanks.
So true Ginnie! Excellent capture indeed.
Ginnie Hart: I needed this for today, Richard, because of America's election stuff going on right now! (sigh)

Hehehe - this must be modern sculpture Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: It's CRAZY sculpture, Chris, and this is just one small part of it. I was so scared to get up this morning to the election news from yesterday's 5-state primaries...only to find out that my candidate had won all 5 states (and no, I do NOT mean Trump!!!). At that moment I started to breathe again.

C'est magnifique
JP
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, JP.
superbe fresque!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Merci, JP. It's actually part of a huge sculpture of miniature people laid out on a table. It's hard to explain it but unique. I zeroed in on this particular grouping, as you see.

You are so right, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Philine! Thanks.
Blimey Ginnie, they could hurt themselves messing around like that.
Ginnie Hart: LOL. I know, Chad. But sometimes you just have to see where you'll land, right? smile

Now this looks a bit of fun smile Is someone being flung off a cliff by an (ex-)friend?
Ginnie Hart: I wish I knew, Chad! I'd love to have a chat with the sculptor. smile
I'll just wrestle through another day at the coal mines.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Mary. Sometimes that, too, is all we can do!

It is when the girl at the back lets go of those legs, when the fun starts. I am not sure she should follow your advice.
Ginnie Hart: I think it's the girl up front who had to "let go," Louis...and just "trust the system?" grin
Delightfully odd Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Crazy fun, Bill. If we can't take a joke, right?! smile
This is a great way of presenting this somewhat unusual statue.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Brian. This was part of a huge slab of bronze on a table that was a bit like a miniature village, with all kinds of crazy activity going on all around it. I've never seen anything like it!
One way of getting the muscles etc. in tone. It should carry the warning - don't try this at home !
Ginnie Hart: Good one, Martin. I like that.
Woo - you've really done the business on this one!
Ginnie Hart: HA! This was a hard one to isolate, Tom, so I'm not sure how I would re-do it. Hmmmm.
this is such a great sculpture Ginnie...
my brother who was a year older than me used to swing me around like this by my hair...
i had tough hair back then... and i still have most of itgrin
....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: By your HAIR!!!??? OMG, Peter. That's kinda scary, if you ask me. Do I assume from the way you said it that he's no longer with us?
I love it.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Michael.

Wonderful detail and movement smile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Cherry. It was a crazy-fun miniature sculpture to investigate.
Isn't that the truth! Good one!
Ginnie Hart: This was such a crazy sculpture, Robin. One could have spent hours with it, taking many pic. I guess it says something that this is what I honed in on?? smile
