This is so beautiful. I love the long shadows. Great lining up of the little lanterns. Wonder if there were candles in, before electricity.
What an entrance.
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, MLMA. I'm sure there WERE candles in years gone by. How fun to light them, right?! smile

Oh joy! Another Monday! Where did that come from? This is a beautiful shot to mark the day, though. Glorious lighting!
Ginnie Hart: Leap year. The end of February. And all of the above. How is it possible??? Thanks, Alan.
I love this image Ginnie because of the echo of the orange sunlight and the orange lamps, brilliant.
Ginnie Hart: It was a magical moment, Chad. Thank you!
Great lighting Ginnie. Looks like we are in for rain again this week apart from today!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Bill. The sun is shining brightly as we speak, and Astrid is out doing her citadel run!

So this is where you two live. You should have the next SC gathering of the clans at this house of yours.
Ginnie Hart: Now wouldn't that be something, Louis. Actually, this is in Germany but close enough to call it "home." smile

It's around 8:39 pm Monday night here as I view this image. A fine morning shot.
Ginnie Hart: Actually, Jacquelyn, this was late afternoon in early December...but I made the story up for it to be a morning shot. HA! That's the fun of the magic hour...because you don't know which end of the day it is. smile
That is a excellent composition to begin with but that sunlight takes it to whole new level.
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Michael. I felt very lucky in that moment!
