This is a lovely, cheerful burst of color!
Ginnie Hart: I'll be the first to cheer you up, dear Elizabeth!!! Hang in there and keep your chin up. We're with you all the way....!

Ha little key-chains..I wonder why there are so many of the Russian 'Baboesjka' (What we call them in Dutch) puppets allover. A wonderful colourful icture.

Ginnie Hart: After I saw this on the big screen, MLMA, I wished I had had that "Baboesjka" in focus. She should have been the center of attention. Bedankt.
We need it Ginnie! Wonderful image.
Ginnie Hart: It's a good time of the year to find color anywhere we look, Richard!

You show Germany from a new, colourful side - I never saw such things! Russian Matrioshka? I own one presented by a Russian lady.
Ginnie Hart: Or Russian babooshkas, Philine. Astrid used the Dutch word but we always loved saying it in English: BABOOSHKA. smile
Very colourful on a dark grey December morning Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Something we might all need these days, Bill!

I love the word (a new one to me) 'doodas'!
Ginnie Hart: Doodads, Philine: "an often small article whose common name is unknown or forgotten." HA!
jolies ces céramique de Noel! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: It's a cheery time of the year, JP. smile
Another wordy thing Ginnie, I always say doodaa.
Ginnie Hart: Another example of the difference between our Englishes, Chad. You say doodah (or some spelling variation of it) and we say doodad. smile
Just what we want to see in the dark season.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Mary.
A lovely mid week blast of colour Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Sometimes that's all I/we need, Janet! Thank you.

It;s a very welcome splashof colour on yet another grey day. You can't beat seasonal doodahs at this time of year.
Ginnie Hart: My thought exactly, Alan. Thank you. smile
Aren't they lovely, did either of you buy one? BTW I like that word 'doodad', I will have to slip it into a conversation some time smile
Ginnie Hart: We didn't buy a thing, Brian (except food items, that is), but we sure enjoyed looking. You day doodah and we say doodad. smile
I've always thought those little things were so adorable! Tis the season! Enjoy!
Ginnie Hart: It is definitely the season, Robin. smile
so colorful smile
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Joshi.
Oh yes, now I see they are Russian doll keychains. Sooo colourful to brighten a viewer's mood.
Ginnie Hart: Sometimes the best things in life are little treasures like this, Jacquelyn. smile
Wonderful capture Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Roland.
Certainly colourful!
Ginnie Hart: Indeed so, Tom. smile
