That is an excellent shot. I love the warmth of the wood.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Michael. I should have also mentioned that I'm particularly drawn to wood!
I remember that about you! What a beautiful shot, Ginnie - gorgeous light!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. It stood out like a sore thumb for me. smile

This is wonderful. What a great picture and I can almost feel the warmth of the wood.
So much to see in this picture. Great light.
Ginnie Hart: You know how I feel about these old churches, MLMA. I can't resist them! Thank you.

I rather like the rough-hewn nature of the wood, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Another of the drawing points for me, Ray, definitely!

You see such "different" subjects in churches, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I guess that's one of the purposes of us all having eyes but with different experiences and proclivities, Lisl? smile

Belle lumière
JP
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, JP.
The well used Hymn Books or Bibles
make a fine subject in this light
Ginnie Hart: Coming from a preacher's home makes the subject matter part of the interest here, Martin. smile

I like the perspective, too, but I was drawn by the anciaent wood and the lack of pefection to the finish.
Ginnie Hart: That, too, Alan. Always something!
A wonderful VPP Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
I used to go to the boozer in this village Ginnie. I worked at a nearby government computer site in Devizes.
Ginnie Hart: Aha! I'm sure you have your own "perspectives" to add, vanishing or not?! grin
Lots to see here, Ginnie, even some cushions.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, even some cushions! Good eye, Mary.

Old buildings are so full of picture opportunities. I wish a was so attuned to VPP opportunities. They make great pictures, like this one.
Ginnie Hart: I don't always think of them myself, Louis, but when I do see them, I'm quick to snap away. Good to see you back.
belle prise baignée par une jolie lumière!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, JP.
Great image Ginnie, you and Lisl always find the interesting little bits in churches as against me looking at only the wider scene.
Ginnie Hart: Very kind of you, Brian, but often the big picture is where I'm at, too. Both and, in other words!
