Excellent!

I think I might put the cushion on the seat if I am going to rest here a while, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Ray. Even though those cushions are kneelers, I'd probably sit on one, too. smile
That is very nice processing. The colours leap at us.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Michael. You know me and selective coloring!

I'm resting in my beer. I just finished writing another book. It's lovely hahahaha I'd send you a copy coz it's funny, but it has the name of 'you know who' in it hahah..... hope your time with Nicholas is going well.
Ginnie Hart: You're way too funny, Elaine...going from one extreme to the other. And all I wanted was moderation?

I think we're tiring Nicholas out. HA! But we're making every other day very easy!! Today we're going to Amsterdam...a BIG day.

A great selective colouring and yes I will need one of the cushions before sitting down.
That sleight floor is fabulous. Never saw that before. Makes a nice pattern. This is a fabulous picture.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, MLMA. The slate floor was something new for me, too. I like how they stand it on edge to make that ridged effect...and very strong for all the years of walking on it.
Absolutely! I love how you presented this, Ginnie! I'm glad you're finding the time to post even with Nicholas there - I know you're having a great time!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. We're trying to make every other day be easy for US. HA! Today is a long day...in Amsterdam. We plan to hit the Rijksmuseum first, then the Van Gogh and maybe Anne Frank's house (at least the outside). And then lots of looking around the city. We'll try not to kill ourselves by over-doing it!

Church kneeler a can be a subject in their own right Ginnie, most if not all are hand made
Ginnie Hart: This is exactly why I have started to "collect" them, Chris, as you already know!

What patience to lay that lovely slate floor, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I know, Lisl. It's the first time I had ever seen it!
There are so many lovely hassocks in our churches. I am not surprised they have caught your attention Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Bill, because they really fascinate me to no end! smile
What a wonderful presentation Ginnie! Well done indeed.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
I know that this is clever colourisation Ginnie, but I do like the chairs that colour.
Ginnie Hart: The best of both worlds for me, Chad. smile Thanks.

You have shown that slate floor up very well, Ginnie.
Have fun today.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you and thank you, Pauline. We just got back home, totally exhausted but after a GREAT day!
Great light here Ginnie and don't those kneelers stand out nicely
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Janet, and YES!
Through reading the comments, I learned about the slate floor. Incredible but it must be hard to sweep.
Ginnie Hart: You've got a point, Mary. I wonder if they vacuum it??
Just perfect.
One for A; one for G.

Hang on, I guess it's one for N and one for G this time? wink Am I right or wrong? He he...
Ginnie Hart: We could probably find another one for all 3 of us, LC...and even one for YOU. smile
Lovely kneelers looking so much better being popped. Maureen's Mum used to do this sort of crafting, it is very time consuming.
Ginnie Hart: I can just imagine a guild of church women working these up, Brian. It brings a smile to my face. smile

These kneelers ae a work of art in themselves. Your selective colouring shows them in good effect.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Alan. I have enjoyed collecting them every time I visit England! smile

They keep Christmas boxes under the chairs! Interesting presentation.
Ginnie Hart: Now that's an idea, Louis! smile Thanks.
Always enjoy your selective coloring!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Robin.

& Chairs and benches are the best places to rest a while ;-)

Love the brightly coloured kneelers resting underneath the chairs smile
Ginnie Hart: Yes, exactly, Cherry. I look for the kneelers in every church I enter in England!
The pops of needlepoint is great here.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Jacquelyn.
hear, hear...
Ginnie Hart: Yes, yes!!
