I have been looking forward to this one, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Lisl. grin It really is one of the most splendid vanes I've ever seen, mainly because it's 3-D.

A lovely effective thing isn't it Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Well, I thought so, too, Chris!
Then I am pleased at the addition to your collection Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Chad, and from England, no less!
Oh, you have to complete the White Horse trail one day.
There's one in Westbury. wink
Ginnie Hart: I have seen 3 of the White Horses thus far, LC. Lisl says she wants to walk the White Horse Trail one day to see all 8 of the remaining ones...90 miles!

is he running from the weather? from a storm? niiiiice shot!!!
Ginnie Hart: Maybe he's running TO the storm, Elaine? It's so strange but I have loved thunderstorms since I was a little girl. My kids know this about me and have learned to love them, too...as long as there is no danger to anyone, of course.
That is a fine specimen indeed Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: You can be as proud of your vanes there, Bill, as I am of the ones here in Polderland!
superbe girourtte!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, JP.

Great title and LOVE the 3D horse. Now THAT is a weathervane. Love the sky and the light shadow on the horse!
Ginnie Hart: England can give the Netherlands a good run for the money on their weathervanes! I love them there as much as here. smile
Certainly the best to me too Ginnie. What a find!
Ginnie Hart: We agree, Richard. Thanks.

A sculptured horse.........very grand! We must be on the same vane today, Ginnie grin

I'll never forget your excitement at seeing him, Ginnie. He is a wonderful example.
Ginnie Hart: And YOU were willing to stop for him, Pauline, for which I'll always be thankful! smile
Yes that's a brilliant one Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thanks for agreeing, Janet. smile
This must be up near the top of the pile in your weather vane collection, it is a very fine piece of work.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Brian. Definitely up at the top. smile

Hahah.. well the fact it is English give sit a head start wink I like the fact that it is not just two dimentional. " N W S E" is a funny way to spell "H O R S E" - must be Cornish wink
Ginnie Hart: LOL, Alan. Your vanes definitely give the Dutch vanes a run for the money. smile

Does it show the wind direction with its tail or the nose? A great vane.
Ginnie Hart: Good question, Louis. HA! Thanks.
