photoblog image "Nobody Loves Me...

"Nobody Loves Me...

...everybody hates me, I think I'll go eat worms!"  (children's song)

Today LislPauline and I are showing our images of this baby bird from Pencarrow Gardens.

We three sat there snapping away as the mama bird just swam away.

Ginnie Hart: Sometimes I have to laugh about the songs we used to sing growing up!
Awe!! I just commented on Pauline's! I'll look at Lisl's next... How fun that the three of you are showing your different shots of the same subject!
Ginnie Hart: We 3 just sat there totally absorbed by this little fella, Elizabeth. I learned a lot from Lisl and Pauline about what was happening. Thanks for looking!

It looks a bit confused Ginnie. I might be at Pencarrow myself later today, so maybe I'll have a go too..
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure Pauline will spot him if he's there, Chris. If so, PLEASE take a picture of him and let us see how much he has grown...maybe on his own! Enjoy your trip. I was thrilled to be there myself.

Good idea of yours, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thanks for being such a good sport, Lisl. It was fun to see how we each caught a different "expression" of the same moment in time.

This boid does not look too stressed, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: I think he was still trying to grasp the situation, Ray!
It must have wondered what it had done to deserve such attention Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: I wish we all could have read his thoughts that day, Chad, because we sure came up with some good stories. smile

Somebody will love you....and eating worms will make you big an strong. Great picture, love the fact the big leave carry its weight.
Ginnie Hart: We all wondered if the mama would eventually come back to claim him? Hmmm. But, yes, it's so good and important to be loved, no matter what. Thank you.
Great capture of this cute little one Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Richard. He was so fun to watch.
Just waiting for the next instalment of lunch!
Ginnie Hart: ...which he clearly will have to go fetch on his own, by the looks of it, Bill. I wonder if his mama ever came back to claim him?

How could anyone hate such a little fluffy thing; they are so cute! I'll check Lisl's and Pauline's images later.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Alan. I guess he was misbehaving???? sad
"Can you guys just leave me alone, I'm trying to take a morning dump!"
Ginnie Hart: HA! Well, then. Go right ahead.
I love the freshness you have retained for this image. A change is good sometimes.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Mary. And yes, change IS good, many times.

I'll look out for him this afternoon, Ginnie.
Happy memories!
Ginnie Hart: Oh, goody gumdrops, Pauline. I hope you can find him. Make sure you and Chris take pics, if so.
That song always makes me smile!!
Ginnie Hart: I know, Robin. It ends up having the opposite effect than what was first thought. grin
J'adore !
Ginnie Hart: Merci, Marie.

That happens when the moor comes out in the hen. Ah, these little moments happen in nature. She probably told him 5 times to wash behind his ears for dinner and then just lost it ... and like a typical adolescent he just lost it.
Ginnie Hart: HA! I'm sure you've nailed it, Louis. grin

Ginnie, I am in love with this shot. It makes me wanna go outside on a nature walk!!
Ginnie Hart: Oh, how fun, then, Emily. Just do it. Thank you.
Super shot, Ginnie...Poor guy looks most perturbed.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frank. Pauline and Lisl seemed to have the whole story down pat!
It must have been a fun little pix taking time with this cutie... and you three together. I like the sun on his side.
Ginnie Hart: We did have fun, Jacquelyn, especially trying to figure out why his mama seemed to be rejecting him.

He seems to have his beady eye on you -)
Ginnie Hart: He actually was quite far away, Cherry, but I do think he did see us. We were watching him for quite some time!
i love this shot of the chick Ginnie... and nobody hates her i'm sure... now i'm going to check out Pauline and Lisl's photos....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: If you heard Pauline and Lisl talking about this fella, Peter, you'd be appalled by what they were saying of the mama. Poor thing.

such a sweet shot.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Hollie. The story behind him, according to Lisl and Pauline, wasn't so sweet...but Mother Nature seems to know what she's doing?

Oh,My! Poor baby! Love the fuzz.
Ginnie Hart: I know, Bonnie. But Mother Nature seems to know what she's doing, right?
I hadn't heard that song until last year when my wife was quoting it. She thought my education was definitely lacking something.
Ginnie Hart: HA! That's so funny, Michael, because I grew up on it! grin
il est passé en "mode essorage"!! belle prise!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Spin mode would put a nice "spin" on this, JP. HA!
great shot Ginnie, i liked all the versions. your shot has a low down-ish angle, i like the reflection in the water
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ayush. It was a fun day as we sat there watching, trying to figure out the story.
