Love it, Ginnie...very crisp crutch work here!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Ray. I loved that the snow told the story. smile
Absolutely! And it does look like you're leaving an even impression with each foot! Really great shot, Ginnie! Congratulations!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Elizabeth. It was a great feeling to be out-n-about in the snow.

you are sooooo brave! you go girl and i love the story the picture tells smile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elaine. Sometimes all I want to do is walk, walk, walk. And believe it or not, it really feels good already.
Indeed Ginnie. I am so glad you manage to walk around. Congratulations to you!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Richard. Walking these days, albeit with crutches, is one of my favorite things to do. It really makes me happy! smile

een beetje meer licht hebben we hier - ja, ik kan je schoenen en je krukken zien! Jij hebt goede humor!
Ginnie Hart: If we can't laugh at ourselves, Philine, who can! I LOVED being out in the snow and was very careful with every step I took.

Dot and carry one, Ginnie! Be careful when it is slippery
Ginnie Hart: You made me smile, Lisl. smile And yes, I was very careful, especially with Astrid at my side, watching every step. To be honest, I was in heaven. smile

Footprints in the snow are so great. One day soon there will only be your footprints and the crutches 'will be in the fireplace'.... We found out though, it can be slippery.
It was fun to be out again.
Great shot.
Ginnie Hart: The weird thing was it was only slippery once we went inside and the snow melted, making the rubber tips wet. THEN it was slippery on the tiles. THAT was when I was lucky I didn't fall! Thanks for being at my side the entire time, MLMA.

HA HA I was wondering what the little divots were. I'm slow. Maybe you can get little waffles or tread from a running shoe to put on the bottom of the crutches. Glad to see you up and about.
Ginnie Hart: How about mini-snowshoes for the crutches, John. grin I love the idea. Thanks.

Give it a week or two any you'll be running along out there
Ginnie Hart: With the progress I'm making, Chris, a week or two will see great results, I'm sure. Thanks for your confidence.
Hop it!
Ginnie Hart: Hop along, Chastity...is what we always used to say, Bill. grin

Je rentre de promenade avec les chiens où j'ai marché durant une heure dans une neige glacée aussi dure que du métal. Mes pas restaient invisibles tant elle était dure. Jolie lumière Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I guess I was lucky to have just snow, then, Marie! Merci.

A very good picture Ginnie, and good to see evidence of you on your feet. Keep up the good work.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Chad. One of my favorite things to do these days is WALK! It's like I want to conquer the world again. HA!

Good for you! Too good an opportunity to be missed. You weren't concerned about a crutch slipping?
Ginnie Hart: I was very careful, Alan, especially with Astrid at my side. But it wasn't until we got inside our pannenkoeken restaurant that the snow melted from the rubber tips of the crutches and THEN I scared the bejesus out of me when they slipped several times. UGH.

Very nice floor coating !! we spotted the intruder !! beautiful day
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Pat. The intruder, indeed. smile
Peg legged Boots all the way! How much longer will you be on the crutches, Ginnie?
Ginnie Hart: HA! I like that--peg-legged Boots. That's me! Astrid thinks it's 6 weeks total for the crutches, but to be honest, I walk all around the apartment without them now, most of the time. In the morning and whenever I've been resting with my leg up, I always use them. But once I get a move on it, I'm fine. But outside, definitely I use the crutches everywhere!
sur la piste du grizzli!!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: I'll jostle him with my crutches, JP. smile

Well done Ginnie - you must be ahead of schedule.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Mike. I don't know if I'm ahead of schedule or not but I sure do feel like I'm moving right along. smile
Hey, you bought a new tripod?! wink
Easy tiger, one step at a time.
Ginnie Hart: More like a quadpod right now, LC. HA! Grrrrrrrrr.

4 rows of tracks. You are not even afraid of slipping ...
Ginnie Hart: I didn't start slipping until the snow melted on the rubber tips, Louis, inside the pannenkoeken restaurant. Trust me...I really had to pay attention. It almost scared the bejesus out of me!
just a matter of time before you ditch your couple of 'monopods', Ginnie! terrific effort.
Ginnie Hart: So it appears, Ayush. I'm a very happy camper with my progress thus far! Thank you.
At least the sun was shining even if it was snowy
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Will. It was a super glorious day! smile
Fantastic capture Ginnie.. well done
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Ronky.
We've both just had a warm chuckle at this Ginnie, good to see your about and about, great idea for a picture.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks for the smile, Brian. It made me such a happy camper. smile
You'll be throwing them away before long, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: I actually think you're right, Tom. I already walk all around the house without them. smile
you did it Kidosmile... this was a great feat and a wonderful image....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: I did it, indeed, Peter. I love walking, believe it or not. My PT is allowing me to use only one crutch now inside the apartment (even though I can walk without either, she made me promise to use one).
It is good to see that you are on the move. A wonderful shot of your progress.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Michael. I LOVE walking as much as possible with my crutches. For one thing, it's greatly reducing the swelling that still remains. Onwards and upwards. smile

Great textures!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Oscar.
Every picture tells a story ;-)
Ginnie Hart: So it does, Cherry! Thanks.
Absolutely splendid!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Robin. It's fun, isn't it. Me and my crutches. smile
