Boat Friday

All strapped on, paddle in hand, ready to fly sail.

Sometimes you just have to believe it will happen again, and it will!

He looks a bit plugged in as well as strapped in!!!

It is good to see you back smile
Ginnie Hart: Plugged in, too, I'm sure, Cherry. It's good to be back...more and more each day! Thanks.
It looks like he is on a mission.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Michael, and this was as we watched the sunset that day, so we got two for the price of one. smile
Nice shot!!! I do believe... smile
Hope you're feeling well!
Ginnie Hart: I do believe, too. Elizabeth. It's so much better than the alternative! I feel like I'm getting better evry day, even if in small ways. I'll take it!

It is a strange craft, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Strange...and loved by many, Ray! Endless fascination, to be sure, and cheaper than the motored variety, I assume.

You can imagine people propelling themselves along like this thousands of years ago, Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Lisl. My style! smile
It certainly will Ginnie! I hope you're feeling good.
Ginnie Hart: I'm feeling incrementally better every day, Richard, and I think that's probably saying a lot. smile Thank you.

If one can you can. Your dedication and determination has no limits.
You will succeed, like this man will be able to concur the rough sea one day.
Ginnie Hart: With incremental steps I do think I'll whip this thing, wave after wave. Thank you for your vote of confidence, MLMA.

Oh, Ginnie, I don't think that we'll have such a steady state and shape again - my wishes are modester, but it is a nice picture!
Ginnie Hart: I know, Philine, but maybe if I shoot for the moon I'll come somewhere close nearby??! smile Bedankt.
Next stop America.....
Ginnie Hart: That's a good one, Bill. grin

I imagine he is getting lots of good knee exercise even though it isn't very choppy! Nicely framed.
Ginnie Hart: I'm trying to learn by observing, Mike. smile. Thanks.

I think I've said before that I would not mind having a go at this, especially in these conditions and a decent wet suit to keep me warm.
Ginnie Hart: Me, too, Alan. Even ice surfing might be fun. smile

You can't get a much smaller boat Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: It's just about the right size for me, Chad, don't you think?! smile
You don't have to move the knees at all for this, Ginnie..... Just stand tall.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Mary. Hmmm. Maybe not the best idea, then.

Thought of having a go at this while we were out in Teneriffe last year but never had the courage.
Remember every day in every way I am getting better and better.
Ginnie Hart: This is a sport I think I could handle, Peter...not the actual surfing but the gliding along. HA! And yes, I'm remembering, "every day in every way...." Thanks.

looks a bit tippy for my tastes haha nice shot tho, i like it a lot, looks like freedom
Ginnie Hart: With the whole sea ahead of me, Elaine, how can I lose, right? smile Thanks.
Worst-case scenario, at least you still can doggy paddle! wink
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, LC. smile
Yes ready to go with all eventualities covered. Nicely captured Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Janet. smile

Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Pat. I just finished my second physio-theraphy session today and now am looking forward to the weekend.

Sails - I see no sail. Has he got it up his sleeve? Or keeping it under the lid? Are you sure this is the sea? I see no waves.

First weekend at home, with Astrid looking after you, while you direct operations from bed. Just enjoy it, soon you will be mobile again.
Ginnie Hart: Your imagination will catch up with mine in a minute or two, Louis. HA! And did you say "from bed?" Are you kidding me? I'm up and down at the laptop and couch all day long till it's time for us both to go to bed. In that regard, I feel very lucky.
lovely Ginnie. great image
Ginnie Hart: Many kind thanks, Ronky.
Yes! Believe! You'll be back in the saddle - oops - with paddle - in no time! xo
Ginnie Hart: With friends like you cheering me on, dear Robin, I know it'll seem like no time at all. Thank you.
Mmm - not sure that qualifies as a boat!
Ginnie Hart: Sometimes you have to use your imagination, Tom. smile
These people make it look easy don't they, as a virtual non-swimmer I couldn't even contemplate trying this.
Ginnie Hart: If I wasn't expected to surf the waves, Brian, I think I would quite enjoy gliding along. smile
excellent cadrage!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, JP.
it looks like a cold day on the water Ginnie... but the wet suit will keep him warm...
i love the chop and colour of the water....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: It was definitely a cold day, Peter, but he seemed to be in his element, enjoying every minute...as were we, watching him. Thanks.
