I am confident there is still much to see, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: OMG, YES, Ray. I just hope to live long enough to see more of the tip of the iceberg!

We will be short of eyes all the time.
Wonderful picture, love all the different colours.
Ginnie Hart: I pray the "short of eyes" will never stop for either of us. We still have so much more to see. smile Thank you, MLMA.
I do!!
The colors you've brought out on this are remarkable, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: I do, too, Elizabeth. Let's make sure we walk around with our eyes wide open! And thank you.
I do indeed Ginnie! I love the mystical light here.
Ginnie Hart: I do, too, Richard. Thank you.
The light is perfect. I love !
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Marie. May we all be captivated by the light this year!

What gorgeous blue glass here, Ginnie - do you have any close-ups?
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Lisl, but no. I was too taken by the sun prisms playing around, I guess.

The joy of having an enquiring lifestyle, as I do to, is that every day can be an adventure
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Chris. Not a one of us knows how many days we have left, so let's enjoy each one as it comes! You and Lisl are my inspiration for getting out-n-about in this new year, as much as possible. Well, Astrid, too, of course. The Dutch were made for being outside!

I love the sunlight which is streaming through the stained glass windows! Yesterday I enjoyed the wonderful, great exhibition in Essen-Folkwangmuseum about 'Inspiration Japan on the art of van Gogh, Gauguin, Monet ...', a must-see in my view, I heard many Dutch speaking people ... I wish you a very good week, fingers crossed on 8th January!
Ginnie Hart: It was definitely the sun prisms that caught my eye here, Philine. What pure delight.

I can imagine how wonderful that exhibition was for you. I guess our artists today are the great photographers and architects?

And thanks for crossing your fingers for the 8th. I can hardly wait....
So blue..
My Monday is starting to feel a little blue already. wink He he...

We need something red, warm, energetic today, G.
Ginnie Hart: There's some red here for you, LC. Just grab it! smile
It will no doubt have many surprises in store Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Based on my last years, Bill, I'm sure you're very right! smile

That's what I'm hoping, Ginnie; this will be the yeat of the several KILLER photos which will be acclaimed woroldwide and make me a fortune. smile I especially like the colours on the stonework here from the window on the right.
Ginnie Hart: Who knows, Alan. You may be right for yourself! I'll be rooting for you all the way. And thanks.
2015 is promising to be a strange year, that's for sure! xoxoxox lovely picture, such beautiful light!
Ginnie Hart: I do hope it's "strange" in ways that confound us all for the good, Elaine. Let us hope and pray for nothing less! Thanks.

I like the colours on the stonework. Yes, we will see a lot. Some of us will be tested for patience this week; plus a few weeks. Isn't it wonderful, that things change all the time - especially improvements. Decay is only good for photography smile
Ginnie Hart: My son often said (as a boy), "Patience is a virtue, striven for by many but achieved by few." HA! In our case (Astrid's and mine), I pray we will both rise to the challenge and end up pleasantly surprised!

In the meantime, I'd like to think our eyes will behold marvels, both great and small, to keep us humble.

Best wishes to the dawn of 2015 !! Beautiful bright day !
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Pat! It feels like a good start. smile
Beautiful colours on the stonework from other windows. I'm not sure what delights we're seeing this year, we can't make our minds up where to go. I have already met one SC'er.already as Alan called in at my home for a couple of hours on Saturday on his way home from his Yorkshire sojurn, and hopefully we are meeting Martin and Elaine in the summer for a day at some gardens near him.
Ginnie Hart: People delights, Brian, are the best, of course. Good for you and them.
So love the sun prisms in cathedrals and churches and so fun to photograph! Beautiful!
Ginnie Hart: Whenever I see them, Robin, I do hope I can catch them because they are so very magical. Thanks. I hope you're feeling better...and maybe getting some answers?
tres joli rendu!! amitiés
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, JP.
Let there be light smile
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, John. Indeed.
Wonderful light from the windows - nicely caught, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Tom. It was a magical moment.
Kaleidoscope of colour
Ginnie Hart: I definitely agree, Martin.
