From my experience, Ginnie, it is rather unusual to find sunshine in Syde....
Ginnie Hart: That's why you have to grab it while you have it, Ray! We had GREAT weather like this for 2 days.

Beautiful shot...nice subject.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Hollie.
Looks like a nice place to a roll in the grass too.
Ginnie Hart: That's exactly what one of their cats did, Mary!!!

I would not mind being here on a two weeks break and be outside and have tea and read and enjoy life.
Great picture.
Ginnie Hart: It really was idyllic, MLMA, wasn't it! I'll never forget it.
You just need a cup of coffee and a chair and it would be perfect.
Ginnie Hart: At your beck and call, Michael...trust me!
Looks very pleasant. I take it this is a rare bit of weather.
Ginnie Hart: We were there for 2 days, Michael, and had a LOT of pleasant weather just like this. I guess we were lucky?!

Very nice Ginnie, Mr Dufftown's gardening techniques are legendary
Ginnie Hart: I think he sits and watches while it's done for him, Chris?! grin And why not, with that kind of view!
Mr Pig had a pleasant visit here some time ago
Ginnie Hart: I'm sure he did, Sir Bill. It would be very hard NOT to have a pleasant time there.

He hasn't been allowed to cover it in tarmac yet then ;o) Chad has a similar enthusiasm to me for mowing the lawn.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Not yet, Mike. I think Norma has to keep tight reign on him! grin

An invitation to a homely Wednesday - nice shot, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, HF. We could all use the break, I'm sure.
Wow, late daffodils still blooming in June?! wink

Or I really need my glasses now?!
Ginnie Hart: Actually, that was back in May, LC. Time has flown by, hasn't it! smile

How delightful! I'm doing as instructed and I'm having a cuppa as a brief respite from matters of State smile I would much rather be at the cottage; it looks fabulous! The cats make it for me, though; especially the ginger one enjoying a roll on the grass smile
Ginnie Hart: You'd love this place, Alan. And that ginger cat owns the place! smile Thanks.

Beautiful atmosphere and tones of green
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly. Marie.
Fine explosion of colours..Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Ronky. It felt so wonderful back in May!
Having seen your In Soul the other day I presume this is Chad's place. It certainly looks very peaceful and comfortable.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Brian. BINGO on both accounts!
Just missing Bill in his pink tutu serving you a pot of tea and a jam and cream scone.
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Now then...let's see if we could arrange this with Chad, Mick! grin
A wonderful still life cature Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Richard. The sunshine was so welcome.

A few leisurely moments, spoiled by the bad news rag if you read it. Better to use at as cushioning on a chair.
Ginnie Hart: I suppose so, Louis. I don't often read newspapers anymore, so when I see one, I wonder how much longer it'll be around?!

That looks an idyllic place in which to enjoy a cuppa smile
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Anne. I can attest to that...well, at least to a Happy Hour drink. smile
It seems you ordered the sun for your visit ;-)
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Cherry, it does seem so, doesn't it. We were really lucky!
Lovely shot... I thoroughly enjoyed your post on their home. What a wonderful, charming, "cottage" indeed!!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth...and thanks for reading the post. You really hate leaving that place!

a nice little place to have a cup of coffee and relax ....
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Dennis. We had a happy hour there one very nice evening. smile
Oh I could spend all evening at that table with a bottle of wine! So inviting!
Ginnie Hart: We had a fabulous happy hour there that evening, Robin. You would have fit right in! smile
