Ha Ha

Great start here, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: HA HA, indeed, Ray. I bet you are in similar straits??!! smile
Looks like the museum needs a tidy-up...
Ginnie Hart: A lot of things need tidying up after vacation, Larry. HA!

I hope you enjoyed your visit to England ;-)

It was lovely to meet up with you and Astrid smile
Ginnie Hart: It was a great stay, Cherry, just like every other time. We feel so lucky and blessed and fortunate Thank you once again for making our meet-up important enough to come. You and Mark are becoming "old hat" at this. HA!

i love stuff of that era... and everything in this picture is amazing, i would like to live off the grid in a place like that... if it had air conditioning and internet i mean smile lovely picture and welcome home!!!
Ginnie Hart: HA! I know exactly what you mean, Elaine. You'd love this little open-air village. I could easily live there if it didn't have so many dang tourists! smile
We'll get to see some of those English pix soon then. Did you have a good trip?
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Jacquelyn, on both counts. I'm raring to get going on them all! smile

Thought for a moment you had taken this in my kitchen, Ginnie!!
Ginnie Hart: Oh my goodness, Lisl. When I read this to Astrid, she immediately said "far from it!" That is so true...FAR FROM IT. I will always remember you in your beautiful, bright and cheery kitchen.

Haha - yes, I can imagine - what a wonderful time and what a wonderful task now to sort (out) all the images ....You have returned with your special, fine style of photography! Een erg toepasselijke foto!
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, dear Philine. It really was a great trip in so many ways, seeing once again the people who have become so important to us! I know you understand the feeling.
Bit like doing the dishes, look forward very much to them Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Scotia. And since I quite enjoy doing the dishes and cleaning up messes, this was an appropriate image, I thought. Thanks. smile

It was a great adventure Ginnie and given how many pictures I saw you take, and that must be only a fraction of your total, you are going to have to spend many days of serious editing now
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Chris. First comes going through the individual folders and deleting everything that's definitely rubbish. Then comes the editing...which I count as my day-time job and something I do with great joy and anticipation, as you know. smile

Absolute fabulous picture. This is how it feels, to sort out the pictures.
I haven't uploaded them yet to the computer....
Lisl can breath freely, this is far from her kitchen.
We had 9 wonderful days in England.
Ginnie Hart: Our work is cut out for us, isn't it! And most definitely, this is NOT Lisl's kitchen. In fact it's not anyone's kitchen that I know of. HA! Bedankt, MLMA.

Good to hear it is not your kitchen - you would have your work cut out! Super mono with fabulous light catching the pan handles.
Ginnie Hart: Not anyone's kitchen that I know of, Mike, which is the good news. HA! Thank you kindly for your comment.

This picture is a symbol for your image organising?
Ginnie Hart: LOL! Well, maybe a symbol for what lies ahead in getting everything processed, HF. HA!

J'aime beaucoup le traitement monochrome pour ce type de sujet Ginnie. Très belle photo de "collectors"
Ginnie Hart: Very kind of you, Marie. I love seeing this kind of re-enactment. HA!
If you have got any of me I hope you will be kinder than some of the pics I have seen of me.
Ginnie Hart: LOL, Mick. I haven't even looked at them yet but will start sorting out Cosford today. You'll probably find out this week...but I promise to be kind. grin

BTW, are you purposely using a link to your name that doesn't work??? Nothing happens when I click on your name...and it's been that way for several weeks now. Has anyone else mentioned it, i wonder?
I saw this on my phone and realised before reading the text that you'd arrived back home grin Very fitting image; I hope it's not too much of a shock, for you both smile
Ginnie Hart: Yes, we are indeed back home, Martin, as of last evening. What a splendid 9 days with friends we have grown to love. And to think that now can add you to the list! Thank you for taking the time to join us at the meet-up!!!!

Glad to hear you're back home; I hope you were;t too traumatised by some of your English hosts smile I hope you washed up all those pans, though, before left to travel to merry olde England; nothing worse than coming back to the washing up smile
Ginnie Hart: We are back in one piece, Alan, without any trauma. Only wonderful, delightful, soulful memories. I'm so glad we got to see YOU again and hope you're faring on well, wherever you are now. You'll be glad to know our kitchen was nigh spotless when we arrived home. smile

Oh no Ginnie, now is that time when you wished you had washed the dishes before you left home. It was great to see you and I trust you are back in full swing.
Ginnie Hart: The good news, Chad, is that the kitchen looked almost spotless, just as we left it. I suppose the other good news is that my images are all in their appropriate folders...which I will now start to attack. In that regard, I'll soon be back into full swing. HA (Gotta go do the grocery shopping right now....)
A regular old fashioned kitchen without cupboards. You do have a big job, I am sure, with all your photos.
Ginnie Hart: Old-fashioned is right, Mary! Those were the days. HA! It'll be a big job, going through all the pics, but I'm up for it. I call it the Second Blessing. smile
Haha, I hope those pots & pans are empty and there is nothing rotting away in them.

Knowing what a great group of people attended the Cosford meet-up, Ginnie, it couldn't have been anything but a huge success.

Looking forward to seeing your images of the event as you seem to be a wizard when it comes to capturing the spirit of these Shutterchance get-togethers.
Ginnie Hart: Too bad you couldn't have been there with us, Beverly. I have already seen some great images and wonder if I'll really have anything to add. But I'm soon to find out. HA!

You should have washed the dishes before going away. Now you have this, plus the photos to sort. Tip: buy a dishwasher smile
Ginnie Hart: LOL, Louis. Thank goodness I didn't have to come back to this!!! And to be honest, at least all the photos are in their appropriate folders. I just need to now tackle them, one by one! Off to the races.... smile
Can't wait to see them!
Ginnie Hart: Let's hope we're not disappointed, Bill! (I can hardly wait till I get to the folder on Joseph!!!)
Nice one Ginnie! Glad you had a nice time!
A fine shot for a monday!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Ronky. It was a great time in England. Hopefully the images coming will show the pleasure!
A very good photo Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Roland.

Hope you have had a good time in the uk ginnie....cracking shot aswell smile ...
Ginnie Hart: We had a fabulous time, Sane. I can hardly wait to tackle all the pictures. HA! Thanks.
I do love this array of old kitchen items, so different from modern times. Good to hear you've arrived back safely, it was great meeting you both again, not for the last time we both hope. I've come away with 350+ images to do something with and was only away for the weekend!!!
Ginnie Hart: It's always good to see you and Maureen, Brian! I'm quite sure it's not our last time. Here's to 2016! smile
Looking forward to see them Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Richard. Over time you'll see many images, I'm sure. smile
A familiar look to this, reminds me of my place when Elaine is away for a day or two, then a mad panic to get everything ship shape before the return !!
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Don't give yourself away, Martin!!! grin

Just beautiful bric à brac (for photo only!) I hope
Ginnie Hart: For photo only, Pat, indeed. HA! (Btw, I can't get your link to work....)
You'd need a servant to sort out that lot!
Ginnie Hart: Indeed, Tom. smile
Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay Ginnie. Love the capture of domestic yesteryear
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Janet. Maybe one year YOU will join us?! That would be splendid.
Welcome home!! You two have been missed!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Friend. It's always good to be missed! smile (Now I wish I could talk to you....)
