It does look a bit cluttered in there! But your POV shows off most everything quite well!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Elizabeth. I have a sense of where I would start in this room. HA!

Wherever did you come across this, Ginnie?
Ginnie Hart: There's a huge building in nearby Gissenburg that has a museum on the top floor and a whole bunch of junk on the lower floors. We will take you there when you come to visit because it's a photo op you wouldn't want to miss!

HA, as long as you can get to the door, who cares wink
Great shot. You saw different things than I in the Museum.
Love the B&W.
Ginnie Hart: We were "short of eyes" that day, for sure. It would be a great place for a SC meet-up. HA! Bedankt.

Yes, it should - yesterday I sorted out a lot of clothes and other things like a big suitcase to storage some things - we'll bring them to families from Syria who are now living in the former English barracks and need the simplest things ...
I in particular like the chairs!
Ginnie Hart: Good for you, Philine...always thinking of others! I like the chairs, too. smile

I have known more cluttered houses in my time, no namesmentioned

We must talk pendulums, crystals & healing when we meet Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: I won't name names either, Chris. HA!

Defininitely, we will talk about "these things" when we see you. I'm doing a lot of work right now.....
It would be fun to have a root round in there Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Next time you come, we will definitely visit that place, Bill. It's a huge photo op!

I thought at first that you had your apartment go a little since I visited Ginnie. I like places like this all the same.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Astrid does a go-over of our apartment almost every weekend, Chad. grin

A kind of organized chaos? Great greyscale, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Organized chaos...I like that, HF. smile Thanks.

I know that feeling! I like the old cash register especially.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Alan. Everyone needs a good junk room, don't you think?! smile

Looks like there is enough material in the room for a hundred photographs - I don't suppose they will loan them out ;o)

Suits B&W - brings some order to the chaos.
Ginnie Hart: You should have seen the rest of the place, Mike. With several floor like this and a museum, it'd be great for a SC meet-up. grin Thanks.

A little as an attic which would keep treasures. Well done the choice of the black and the white
Ginnie Hart: It definitely has that attic feel to it, Marie. Merci. smile
A picture of clutter, very evocative of wood, dust and sneezing grin
Ginnie Hart: HA! I have a feeling almost everyone csn relate to that, Martin! smile
Lots to see while you're going at it. I have been spring cleaning, yes, it's that time again.
Ginnie Hart: That's what this reminded me of, Mary! smile
What a great shot, Ginnie. How I'd love to get my hands on those chairs and restore them.
Ginnie Hart: You'd love that place, Pauline. This is but one tiny room of MANY! smile Thanks.
He he... It looks more like an antique shop, to be honest. wink
Hey, I found a really big antique shop in Ely (not far away from Cambridge), it's 3 storey high warehouse full of "rubbish" Ha ha smile
Ginnie Hart: That's exactly what this place is, LC, as you can see here:
http://www.ginniehart.blogspot.nl/2014/04/the-museum-in-giessenburg-nl.html
I guess every museum has a junk room.
Ginnie Hart: In this case, Brian, only the top floor is the museum and the 3 floors below it are full of junk! HA!
time to tidy up now... great black and White effects..
Ginnie Hart: Even if it's just once a year, might as well do it now, right, Ronky? smile
It may be cluttered and in need of a good cleaning, Ginnie, but I can spot some nice items there.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Beverly. An organized chaos for someone, I'm sure. smile
just a little bit of disarray, not a lot of cobwebs or dust to be seen Ginnie. nice shot in b/w
Ginnie Hart: Disarray never hurt anyone, Ayush, right?! smile Thanks.

So many artefacts to display. So little time to prepare them for the display.
Ginnie Hart: You do have a point, Louis. I have a feeling you've described this place perfectly, since it's all run within/by an extended family. smile
Fie on spring cleaning! smile And cleaning in general...
Ginnie Hart: My sentiment exactly, Larry! smile
Imagine how good the room would look with it all properly displayed. Yet > a good capture.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Jacquelyn. But then, I probably wouldn't have taken a picture of it. HA!
Great angle Ginnie... there are a lot of treasures in there... it's the sorting out that is a chore....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: And this is only one small room of many on 4 floors, Peter! smile
This would ( has! ) send my o.c.d. into overdrive, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Oh, NO! I can just picture it, Frank!

Where would you start, wonderful!
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Anne. Organized chaos. smile
A wonderful bric-a-brac Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Richard. A true photo-op place! smile
The junk shop without pretensions smile
Ginnie Hart: That's a good way to put it, John.

A bit of de-cluttering seems in order...
Ginnie Hart: Yes, indeed, Cherry. But I'm very glad I'm not the one assigned to do it!!! grin
That is wonderful. I would love to have those chairs.
Ginnie Hart: I bet you could buy any one of them, Michael, if you were there!
It doesn't look like a "little" bit of cleaning would do though... smile
Ginnie Hart: I think you're right, Sudipto! smile
un bon noir et blanc! de quoi faire une belle brocante!! amitiƩs
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Jean Pierre, and what a beautiful thought.
