The beer bottle seems to be a masterwork of manufacturing creativity, Ginnie...you show it off beautifully.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Ray. I'd love to know what was in each and every bottle...and be able to taste it. smile
Sheesh! Europe beats America both in beer taste and beer bottles...
Ginnie Hart: You have no idea, Larry! You wouldn't have enough days in a lifetime to try out all the different beers you can find here, especially in Belgium!
Is absinthe making a comeback?
Ginnie Hart: Good question, Michael. I hope not but I wouldn't mind tasting it one day, since anise is one of my favorite flavors. smile

An empty wine bottle ain't too much use to me

Saying that, these are a nice collection
Ginnie Hart: We do tend to throw them away, Richard, don't we. But when the light is allowed to shine through the colored glass, magic happens. Thanks.

Ginnie Hart: I guess you can say I'm addicted to bottles, Philine, but not necessarily to what's in them. HA! That's the good news. smile You're most kind.

Great old-style photo, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, HF. Glass, especially colored glass, is somehow always enchanting, especially when the sun shines through it.

Mmmm.. lovely colours. My preference is for a full bottle; something to look forward to.
Ginnie Hart: HA! But even you, Alan, would put the empty bottle in the sun and take a picture of the light shining through it. grin
