that aqua sea foam, robin's egg blue, teal, is one of my all time fave colours! lovely pic!
Ginnie Hart: If I'm not mistaken, Elaine, it's one of those "universal" colors that everyone can wear?! I love it, too. Thanks. smile

And to know that Leerdam-glass is Royal (the approval from the Queen)
I love the point of view and the delightful colours.
Glass is such a fascinating product, you can make it into every thinkable shape.

Some of those glasses would look better if they were filled with red wine.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Richard, for sure. smile
To me, glass is always art.
Ginnie Hart: The more I see it, Mary, the more I agree. I don't take it for granted like I once used to!

lol at Larry, Ginnie. I was wondering what his 'jelly jar' might be used for. I thought of jelly babies or something like that and then, I recalled, it could be for jam (as we here say).
Ginnie Hart: HA! English vs. English. It'll get you every time, Chad. Actually, we distinguish between jelly and jam, the latter being more chucky, not strained.
C'est très bien composé et j'aime beaucoup les reflets des verres sur l'arrière-plan ainsi que les couleurs douces de l'ensemble.
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Marie. This place was such a delight to the eyes! Merci.

I like glass, too.. especially when filled with Cabernet or a little malt whisky. It's a fine display.
Ginnie Hart: HA! You fit right in with some of the rest of us, Alan...of course. Sounds good to me. Thanks. smile
nice and crisp Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Ronky.
The colour is reminiscent of early colour prints and I really like both that and the composition...and I like glass!
Ginnie Hart: Don't you love when there's a lot to LIKE about something, Bill! Thank you.
Such a lovely display of this art glass, Ginnie. It brings back memories of my grandmother's china cabinet and her collection of coloured glass.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Beverly. I can see any number of family china cabinets here. It was such a lovely place to visit! Thank you.
Oh you have to visit the V&A glass collection in London!

According to Wikipedia, "This is the largest and most comprehensive... glass collection in the world, with over 80,000 objects from around the world".
Ginnie Hart: After visiting this museum in Leerdam, LC, I would be eager to visit your V&A collection in London. Is it free???? grin
Lovely "table top" shot not in your own home.
Ginnie Hart: Not in my own home, indeed, Brian! smile Thanks.
