That's a beauty!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Robin.
This is so gorgeous, Ginnie! I love it!
I'll be in a fog for another 29 days... Then Heaven for 29, then fog for another 60 days, then... smile
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Elizabeth...and I'm getting the true picture! smile

Beautiful, just beautiful. Love the reflections (and the fog of course) 10 minutes walk away, from where we live.
This fabulous scene that never bores. I think a few people might be still in shock, that 2014 came that fast.....
Ginnie Hart: Hartstikke bedankt, MLMA. Thinking back to when Philine was with us, 2014 really DID come fast!!!

A fine picture to wake up to, Ginnie - gentle and still
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. It really IS gentle and still. I can still feel and remember it.
Very nice. I miss the feel of fog, actually.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Michael. You'd love it here in Dutchland, where we get fog often.

Ghostly & reflective
Ginnie Hart: It was that way the entire first day with Philine, Chris. So different from when you were with us!
I LOVE this shot Ginnie. I love misty atmosphere and reflections in the river.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Marie. I have always been a fan of fog and mist!

Midweek break in the fog! Play in the fog!
Have a nice week
Ginnie Hart: Indeed, Oscar. It's like a different playground when the fog is out, for sure. smile
A duck's nirvana; well captured Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: A duck's Nirvana, indeed, JC. I'll have to remember that the next time I see them. smile Thanks.
Fog would be nice as it would mean no rain!
Ginnie Hart: I hadn't thought about that, Bill, but I'm sure that would be very welcome to you right about now.
Stunning views and gracious atmosphere beautiful subject Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Roland. Merci.

Such a wonderful scene Ginnie and it also looks good inn black and white.
Ginnie Hart: So different from when you and Chris were with us, Chad. And yes, I bet this would work well in B&W...which I hadn't even thought about, strangely!
A lovely peaceful atmosphere, Ginnie smile
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Martin. Sometimes fog is what we need! smile

Fog turns even ordinary views into something extraordinary. The bare streets look great in some weather.
Ginnie Hart: I totally agree, Alan!

Very pretty shot with the fog and reflections. I lived in a place where it was foggy every day. I found it tiring after years of it but here on the Island where it is rare, it can be a treat.
Ginnie Hart: I guess anything all the time can be tiring, Mary? A nice change from time to time would be just what the doctor ordered. Thanks.

Stunning! And this is just 10 minutes walk from where you live, wow. The fog and reflection are wonderful, and the composition lovely.
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Ruth, just 10 minutes away from us. We feel so lucky to live where we do! Thank you.
Lovely tranquil shot Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
Wow, Ginnie, that foggy day with Philine certainly produced more than a few winning images from the three of you. It would be a wonderful treat to see them mounted on a gallery wall in a themed exhibition.
Ginnie Hart: What a sweet thought, Beverly. Thank you. It really was a most unusual day for all 3 of us!
beautiful and cloudy...amazing tree reflections too
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Ronky.

This has such an ethereal feel to it, fog and mist can create such magical effects
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Anne. There's something very soulful to me about fog. Maybe it IS the ethereal-ness of it!
I love fog for photos....but hate driving in it .....so many people that don,t use there lights.......a great photo
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Shane...not good for driving! But the mood is always so ethereal for me. Thank you.
I think the fog gives this a lot of atmosphere, short of it pouring with rain I suspect I would quite enjoy a walk along there.
Ginnie Hart: The entire first day with Philine here in November was foggy, Brian, and we enjoyed it everywhere we went. It was quite something.
Really nice shot and beautiful morning atmosphere !
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Bruno.

very nice.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Paule.
A lovely atmospheric capture Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
Just like the "fog" above Lake Michigan I saw on BBC news today!
It's freezing cold there.
Are your folks wrapping up warm in GA? smile
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, LC. Fog in Michigan...and also in La Jolla, CA, north of San Diego when we lived there in the 70s. It's been colder in GA than here in Dutchland lately. That feels so wrong to me!!! sad

So romantic mood
So nice scenery in the fog
Great symmetry
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Helys. I'm such a glutton for fog images. smile
Ah - mist - the photographer's friend smile
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Tom. Thanks.
Lovely picture, soft and gentle!
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Darren.
That is so beautiful.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
soothing mood around here, Ginnie. you just reminded me of my hometown and cycling to school, ages ago
Ginnie Hart: I think we all have images in our mind's eye of the fog and what it feels like, Ayush. I'm a glutton for it, when I'm not driving. smile

Ginnie Hart: You can cut it with a knife, JP. smile
oh my dog!!! what a beautiful picture!!! i want to move there... actually want to move to new zealand, but still, most awesome pic dudette!!!
Ginnie Hart: We still pinch ourselves every day that we live here, Elaine. You'd love it here, too, especially if you love the wind! New Zealand's not bad, though. smile Thanks.
Perfection! It is captures like this that make one's heart soar! I love walking along and finding the shot of the day.
Ginnie Hart: I know exactly what you mean, Margaret! Thank you!
Fog might be better than snow Ginnie right now. A fine capture.
Ginnie Hart: Well, that could be a toss-up, Jacquelyn, if you're driving? But to be honest, I wouldn't mind switching for awhile. smile

No fog for us Ginnie just lashing rain and massive storms. Anyway, it's given you the opportunity for this lovely shot of utter tranquillity.
Ginnie Hart: Even though this was back in November, George, we get fog quite often here where we live. It's quite lovely! Thanks.
