Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Peter, and I know what you mean. Astrid's work is what helps me still distinguish the days of the week. grin
Wonderful shot Ginnie! You captured this beautifully!!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. What I liked most was that it wasn't a "typical" firework burst.
Hello Ginnie. Long time... And Happy New Year. Nice Shot!
Ginnie Hart: OMG, Lady. Where have you been? What have you been doing??? Happy New Year and it's good to see you again!

Absolute fabulous picture. You did great with the shots we took on the roof of the parking-garage.
This would make a perfect New Years card, with the clock at 11 minutes passed midnight.
Ginnie Hart: Hartstikke bedankt, MLMA. We really did have fun that night, didn't we. Actually, that wasn't too long ago...and already we're on our way into the New Year!

Nicely taken Ginnie. Did you use a tripod for this?
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Chris. Yes, I useed a tripod and also my new wired remote control (which works for both my cameras). I was trying everything out, especially my new PowerShot for nighttime pics.
I'll celebrate with you again!. > Well done!
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Jacquelyn. smile
The festivities continue here with a sparkling light, beautiful about Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: After all, it happens only once a year, so we might as well make it last! smile Merci, Roland.

Let's keep the happiness going all year! Wonderful image, which reminds me of the dried flowers and grasses in the wintry meadow behind me.
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Sister! Thank you.

This is a really good fireworks shot, Ginnie. Really excellent. Love the look of the sparkler trails.
Ginnie Hart: Well, it's a different look for a fireworks shot, Mary. It reminds me of grass by the water. smile Thanks.
What an unique burst of fireworks, Ginnie. The church spire with the illuminated clock makes it even more special. Brilliant work with all your new equipment!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Lady. It was a fun ni8ght of experimentation. smile

Spectacular, bursting out into the new year
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Anne.
Super shot, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
As you said to somebody it was quite an unusual firework burst, I like it against the church tower.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Brian. I don't do these fireworks very often, so I was glad to get this. smile
Beautiful Ginnie...certain a new year it is!
Ginnie Hart: New and raring to go, Ronky. Thank you.
Wonderfullly captured Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Richard.
I have to confess I was asleep by 10 on new year's eve grin
Ginnie Hart: There's no way you could have slept here, Bill, before 2a.m. That's how close the fireworks were. So we just stayed up and tried to take pictures of them. smile If you can't beat them, join them.
Love your little town! Beautiful!
Ginnie Hart: Oh yes, Robin. You've been here! But the next time you'll walk around it, like we should have done the last time!

I never heard nor saw a single firework for the New York. I think Yorkshire folk are careful with their money unlike us Southerners! This is very pretty.
Ginnie Hart: The amount of money spent in the Netherlands on fireworks could have bailed out many nations, Alan, I'm quite sure!!!
A fine detailed shot ofthis 'vuurwerk'. Happy New Year!!!!
Ginnie Hart: Hartstikke bedankt, Wim. BTW, I just left a comment at your blog that I don't think "took." (sigh)
Happy New New Year (again?!) wink
Ginnie Hart: You can never be too happy, LC, right?! smile

Wow, it's magnificent Ginnie !
Ginnie Hart: Most kind of you, Magali. Thank you.
Sweet shot. Happy New Year again!
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Michael.
One of the best fireworks pictures I have seen...
Ginnie Hart: That's sweet of you, Larry. Thank you. These are personal fireworks (not done by the city) on a windy, damp New Year's Eve!
